Another Shocking News From #Maharashtra:

Mumbai police inspector Anup Dange alleges #ParambirSingh has linked with dubious people like Bharat Shah & Jitendra Navlani who are connected with the underworld.

In a purported letter written to ACS Home on 2 Feb, Dange claims, “In Nov 2019, I arrested 3 people from Navlani’s pub operating beyond time, he threatened me with his clout with DGP Singh....

“One arrestee was Bharat Shah’s grandson. Shah came to pol station & cited Singh & other IPS OFFICERs name. I still refused to budge so they assaulted me.

I named Navlani & IPS officers he cited including Singh in the FIR. Names deleted from FIR & changed to “senior cops”...”

“..After pressure from ACP Nagesh Jadhav. Station diary & CCTV have all details.

Singh called me to his office next day. On the way, then CP Sanjay Barve called & asked not to meet DGP...”

Singh became Mumbai CP 29 Feb 2020 & next day asked officials not to file chargesheet..

“..Later Singh asked officials to remove Navlani name from chargesheet many times. He met Navlani many times privately...I was suspended..dept inquiry launched against me..”

“Now I have got all documentary evidence obtained thru RTI that tell how Singh meddled in the case from the day he became CP. “ alleges Dange.

He urges his suspension is revoked, Dept inquiry transfer to other officer, probe into Singh’s “links” with Bharat Shah & Navlani.
