From today, we will memorize the names of 27 Nakshatras in Vedic Jyotish to never forget in life.

I will write 4 names. Repeat them in SAME sequence twice in morning, noon, evening. Each day, revise new names + recall all previously learnt names.

Pls RT if you are in.
2

Today's Nakshatras are:-

1. Ashwini - अश्विनी

2. Bharani - भरणी

3. Krittika - कृत्तिका

4. Rohini - रोहिणी

Ashwini - अश्विनी is the FIRST Nakshatra.

Repeat these names TWICE now, tomorrow morning, noon and evening. Like this tweet if you have revised 8 times as told.
3

Today's Nakshatras are:-

5. Mrigashira - मृगशिरा

6. Ardra - आर्द्रा

7. Punarvasu - पुनर्वसु

8. Pushya - पुष्य

First recall previously learnt Nakshatras twice. Then recite these TWICE now, tomorrow morning, noon & evening in SAME order. Like this tweet only after doing so.
4

Today's Nakshatras are:-

9. Ashlesha - अश्लेषा

10. Magha - मघा

11. Purvaphalguni - पूर्वाफाल्गुनी

12. Uttaraphalguni - उत्तराफाल्गुनी

Purva means that comes before (P se Purva, P se pehele), and Uttara comes later.

Read next tweet too.
5

Purva, Uttara prefixes come in other Nakshatras too. Purva= pehele wala. Remember.

First recall previously learnt 8 Nakshatras twice. Then recite those in Tweet #4 TWICE now, tomorrow morning, noon & evening in SAME order. Like this tweet if you have read Tweets #4 & 5, both.
6

Today's Nakshatras are:-

13. Hasta - हस्त

14. Chitra - चित्रा

15. Swati - स्वाति

16. Vishakha - विशाखा

First recall previously learnt 12 Nakshatras twice. Then recite these TWICE now, tomorrow morning, noon & evening in SAME order. Like this tweet ONLY after doing so.
7

Today's Nakshatras are:-

17. Anuradha - अनुराधा

18. Jyeshtha - ज्येष्ठा

19. Mool - मूल

20. PoorvaAshadha - पूर्वाषाढ़

21. UttarAshadha - उत्तराषाढ़

I covered 5 Nakshatras today to teach last two together. Poorva = comes before, Uttar = comes later. Read Next Tweet too.
8

The word Ashadha is also spoken as अषाढा or अषाढ़ा but all versions are acceptable. Shlokas in Vedas use अषाढा, and same is observed in some other texts. I am not stressing much on its pronunciation.

Recall all previous and these Nakshatras as you have been revising.
9

Today's Nakshatras are:-

22. Shravan - श्रवण

23. Dhanistha - धनिष्ठा

24. Shatbhisha - शतभिषा

Only 3 for today.

Recall previously learnt 21 Nakshatras twice. Then recite these TWICE now, tomorrow morning, noon & evening in SAME order. Like this tweet ONLY after doing so.
10

Remaining Nakshatras are:-

25. Poorva Bhadrapada - पूर्वाभाद्रपद

26. Uttara Bhadrapada - उत्तराभाद्रपद

27. Revati - रेवती

The same pattern : Poorva comes before, Uttara comes later.

We have come a long way and finished learning names of all Nakshatras. Read next tweet.
11

Between Nakshatra No. 21 & 22, there was a Nakshatra named Abhijit. Vedas mention its name, and it is also used in some tools. But prevailing Jyotish considers only 27 Nakshatras.

Moon transit into each of them for about one day in the serial you learnt. Read next Tweet too.
12

Now that we've learnt all the names, please revise names of all 27 Nakshatras twice a day for 3-4 days so that you do not forget them.

Be honest to yourself. Teach them to kids too.

With a happy heart, I close this thread. Hope you enjoyed the learning.

Jai Shri Ram.🙏

I have come across this image which displays time of inauguration of the new building of Parliament as 12 noon on 28th May, 2023.

This is the worst possible selection of time on this date, for this particular purpose.

Respected @narendramodi ji, request to review this Muhurta… twitter.com/i/web/status/1… Image
I do not intend to make any comment against the people he consulted but this choice of time is more than pathetic and seems to have been only superficially analyzed.

My heart sank when I saw this image. 🙏

Modi ji bina consult kiye ye sab timings fix nahi karte, isiliye zyaada dhakka laga is time ko dekhkar. Is din nature ko dedicate karne ke liye time ki sabse kharab choice yehi ho sakti thi. Kam chintajanak baat nahi hai ye.

Guru Chandal Yog is formed when Jupiter and Rahu are together in chart. People spend their hard earned money on appropriation of this yog/dosh.

This year, it will be formed from 22 April-29 November.

Many of you must also have it in your charts and spent on its Shanti. Image
2/3

With a high birth rate, lakhs of babies born in these seven months will have this Yog in their chart. Question arises: do all of them suffer due to this Dosha? Do all of these lakhs of kids require to perform remedy of Guru Chandal Dosha? Do we need to fear it.?
3/3

Can we attribute any single thing common to all of them due to this Yog? The obvious answer which comes to mind and also happens to be correct is No.

If you have it in your chart, don't fear it. Get correct reason of your troubles analyzed and do remedy if posssible.

Read the whole thread to know events in toto. All Sholoka mentioned in thread are from Bal Kaanda in Valmiki Ramayana. So, would only mention Sarga+Shloka number.

This should tell the actual reason Rishi Vishwamitra required Shri Ram. I have relied only on Valmiki Ramayana.
2

Rishi Vishwamitra had a sister who came back to earth (from Swarga) as a river named Kaushki. (34:8)

Rishi Vishwamitra used to live on the banks of Kaushiki near Himalaya due to affection he possessed towards his elder sister. (34:10)

Now let us come to the actual answer.
3

Read 34:12 first.

अहं हि नियमाद् राम हित्वा तां समुपागतः ।
सिद्धाश्रममनुप्राप्य सिद्धो ऽस्मि तव तेजसा ॥

Here Rishi Vishwamitra says (to Bhagwan Shi Ram):- Ram! For Siddhi of a Niyam related to Yajna, I left my sister's company and came to Siddhashram (in Buxar).

Thread.

Surya Dev's children.

1/x

You must have heard #BhaiDooj is a festival which started with Yam visiting his sister Yamuna. Both happen to be Surya Dev's children. We know Shani Dev is also his child. So, how many children does Surya Dev have?

Read thread. Pls RT.
👇👇
2/x

Surya Dev was married to Sanjana, Vishwakarma's daughter. Through this wedlock, three children : Vaivasvata Manu, Yama (The Lord of Death) and Yami.

However, Sanjana found Surya Dev's heat intolerable. So, she left for her father's house asking Chhaya to take her place.
3/x

Since Chhaya looked just like Sanjana, everything went normal for Surya Dev and his three children. By Chhaya, Surya Dev had three more children: Savarnamanu, Shani (famously, Saturn) and Tapti.

Chhaya visibly discriminated between her and Sanjana's children.

*Thread on Astrology Books*

In this thread, I will slowly keep recommending very good Hindi/Eng books on Astrology which I've read partly/fully. Mentioned books will cover wide range of topics. Books will also cover fresh entrants.

Please RT this tweet to help others. 🙏
Book 1: Vedic Astrology - An Integrated Approach
1.1
Authored by Sh. PVR Narasimha Rao, a very good book (in English) for people who are fresh to astrology. Opening with this book because its soft copy at no cost is also made available by the author (vedicastrologer.org/articles/astro…).
1.2

Hard copy of this book can also be purchased online, and little study every day can make a totally new student well acquainted with many concepts of astrology.

If you want to start your journey in Jyotish, start with hard copy, else use soft copy. Good luck!
