This is the worst possible selection of time on this date, for this particular purpose.

Very often we see a name being attributed to a Vikrami Samvatsar and wonder how those names are attributed. There are 60 names but I am sharing a very easy method to determine name of the ongoing Samvatsar.

Process:-

Add 9 to the Samvat, then divide by 60. The remainder gives us the name of last Samvatsar, the one next to it is the ongoing.

For example, let's find out the name of Vikrami Samvat 2064. Adding 9 to it, we get 2073. Diving it by 60, we get 33 as remainder.

Got a message having concern if Mahabharat can be kept at home.

My answer is simple: Yes, no scripture prohibits keeping and reading Mahabharat at home. In fact, reading it has been appreciated in them. Keeping MBT at home causes disputes is a lie stuffed over generations. 2/x

Lynching at Lakhimpur Kheri or the horrific murder at farmer's protest site or other such outrageous acts do not surprise or disappoint me anymore. Since Republic Day, the onus is on Govt. of India to overthrow this bogus protest.

A very important transit coming up today. Yes, Saturn goes Margi, but, more importantly, it forms a rare quarter-to-quarter Vedha with Rahu. Till 7 November 2021, Rahu in Krittika (4) and Saturn in Shravan (1) will directly have Vedha on each other.

Saturn will go direct today. After it becomes Margi, it will start putting 4th qtr of Krittika Nakshatra under its Drishti and since Rahu is transiting there, it will have a direct Vedha on it. Summary: Shravan and Krittika, both, are under impact of two natural malefics.

Not only they are crying, but also fear mongering by sending out emails like this to consumers so that Central govt. is left to bear the blame when there are only 3 coal based plants in Delhi and Central govt. has asked to not worry.

Guruvar is in progress and with the starting of Pushya Nakshatra from upcoming 1:33 AM, the highly auspicious Guru-Pushya Yog will also start until sunrise tomorrow. However, Pushya Nakshatra alone is itself very auspicious for starting all auspicious activities(except marriage). Pushya Nakshatra will be in progress for the whole day tomorrow. It will end at 2:58 AM on October 2.

Pushya Nakshatra is considered so auspicious that it counters all malefic effects of Panchang and Transit.
