Employers will not need to require it because coercion will work. I know an employer who's new policy as employees return to work is that anytime an employee is exposed to another who tests positive, the newly exposed employee will be tracked traced and quarantined 14 days.
Unless they have been vaccinated. If vaccinated then back to work.
If they have not been vaccinated they will be required to quarantine at home 14 days. This will use up the employee's sick days.
