As a group of frogs were traveling through the woods, two of them fell into a deep pit. When the other frogs crowded around the pit and saw how deep it was, they told the two frogs that there was no hope left for them.
However, the two frogs decided to ignore what the others were saying and they proceeded to try and jump out of the pit.

Despite their efforts, the group of frogs at the top of the pit were still saying that they should just give up. That they would never make it out.
Eventually, one of the frogs took heed to what the others were saying and he gave up, falling down to his death. The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could. Again, the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and just die.
He jumped even harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the other frogs said, “Did you not hear us?”

The frog explained to them that he was deaf. He thought they were encouraging him the entire time.
Moral of the story:

People’s words can have a big effect on other’s lives. Think about what you say before it comes out of your mouth. It might just be the difference between life and death.

Foolish Monkey

It was a cold and silent night. The weather was freezing cold. A group of monkeys was on a tree. They were clinging to its branches. One of the monkeys said, “I wish we could find some fire. It will help us to keep warm.”
Suddenly they noticed a flock of fireflies. One of the young monkeys thought it was fire. He caught a firefly. He put it under a dry leaf and started blowing at it. Some other monkeys also joined in his efforts.
In the meanwhile, a sparrow came flying to its nest, which was on the same tree the monkeys were sitting on. She noticed what they were doing. The sparrow laughed. She said, “Hey silly monkeys that is a firefly, not real fire. I think all of you should take shelter in a cave.”

Ever since the outbreak of Chinese Virus, i have not visited my plot , i was surprised to see a huge bungalow being built adjacent to my plot. I spoke to my neighbor & asked him how he made so much money, he said

"Sir we were very poor with just 2.5 acres of agri land ancestral
It wasn't worth much before the 4 lane National Highway came within 1km of our land , before we tried to sell our 2.5 acres of land for a mere Rs 20 lakhs for our only daughters marriage, but there were no takers then, now after the 4 lane National Highway has come there is great
Demand, we were surprised to see people offering us 2 cr / acre , we got an irresistible offer , we sold our land , deposited 1 cr in our ac, we are getting interest and we live out of it, then we built our dreams house, bought a new car , gave some money to our daughter

Once there lived a happy couple who had been together for decades.  But after spending years together, husband was concerned that his wife was not hearing well as she used to hear. He thought that she might need a hearing aid but he wasn’t sure how to approach her.
He called his family doctor asked for suggestion. The doctor told him to test it with a simple idea. The doctor said, “ Stand 40 feet away from her and speak as loud as you would speak to her in a normal conversation. Observe if she hears you.
If not, reduce the distance into 30 feet, then 20 feet, and  so until you get a response. The distance will help us to estimate her requirements for the hearing aid ”

Next day , the husband saw his wife cooking dinner in the kitchen. So he took the opportunity

Yesterday i went to a village 20 kms from Salem to meet my school friend. While at school he was living in utter poverty, yesterday i was so happy to see him living in a spacious 🏠 , an SUV car parked in his portico two pickup trucks and luxury written all over his 🏠
After all the hugs, pleasantries, reliving our old memories , i asked him how did he become wealthy. He Said
" In Our village we grow this " Arali flower" the price for this flower was very low in Salem flower market , i decided to sell it in Bangalore market , got good price
We get Rs 20/kg in Salem , but in Bangalore we get Rs 60 to 80/ kg. It was very profitable. In less than 3 hours we are able to travel 210 kms to Bangalore KR market. We are able to deliver fresh flowers to Bangalore every day

Hundreds of villagers have been lifted out of pocerty

During the gold rush, a man who had been mining in Colorado for several months quit his job, as he hadn’t struck gold yet and the work was becoming tiresome.  He sold his equipment to another man who resumed mining where it had been left off.
The new miner was advised by his engineer that there was gold only three feet away from where the first miner stopped digging.

The engineer was right, which means the first miner was a mere three feet away from striking gold before he quit.
When things start to get hard, try to persevere through the adversity. Many people give up on following their dreams because the work becomes too difficult, tedious, or tiresome–but often, you’re closer to the finish line than you may think, and if you push just a little harder
