The parent civilization seeded life in many places using their DNA and their experiments with modifying the DNA. One problem is that in the first stages of sentient life on a new planet, without a lot of help, rough and tumble genes do better than gentle genetics.
It is survival of the fittest and they do not have a genome so stabile that they can seed life anywhere in a way where it will not devolve into something that gets mean. Even if you start with perfect DNA, the universe is too big to closely monitor all planets.
You have to choose. Either you only put life on the few planets you can personally oversee (and thus deprive many others of the chance to even exist), or you spread life far and wide the best it can be, then monitor.

So the Parent civilization did have many of their own worlds
that they monitor closely. They do have kids they make sure grow up in worlds they directly control. They also let life be from what they could seed. As old as they are, they did not make nature or make genetics work as it does. While they did create this universe,
they did so based on laws of science that are eternal and did always exist. How DNA works can be changed a bit, but it does what it does if you are not around to monitor it.

Despite the level of advancement, seeding life on new worlds is always problematic.
So why allow life to be brought in that they know may not make it as a world? Well there are many reasons for that. One of them is that it is better to live and love than not live at all. A chance at life is better than not existing.
We do not ask lions and tigers if they want to exist or not. Surely a sentient being like a human deserves a chance to try to make it.

So why allow whole civilizations to be born and die without saving the data and getting them fixed later?

Quite honestly, that does not work.
Life spreads far faster than anyone has the ability to safely teach it to be wise and responsible enough to live forever. One thing is a mortal life. An immortal one is far far different, as I have said many times. It takes a level of training and experience that is very intense.
Without a large support system from the start, people do not gain the ability to live safely without hurting themselves or risking destroying society. Each person takes literally hundreds of years to train properly. Compare that with mortals who very often breed like rabbits and
Well you see that there cannot possibly be enough hours in the day to train all. They have to form their own peaceful groups willingly. Knowledge can be given but only of they willingly run with it. There is no way to lead the unwilling past a certain point.
Also, untrained mortals always think it is their God given right to do literally whatever they want while not caring at all about the rights of others they so eagerly trespass against.

As I mentioned in another tweet, this makes any saved data a potential army of angry bots
All that would need to happen is to reconstitute a few and teach them how to restore others from backup. Then you have an instant angry army of people who would eagerly and angrily destroy anyone getting in their way. They are a danger that only gets bigger and bigger with time.
Ultimately the thing is that it is not possible to live forever unless one willingly agrees to live by a set of very specific rules. Agreeing is not even enough. One has to be thankful and passionate about peace and getting happiness through positive relationships with others.
So there you have a set of problems leading to interesting solutions. Life seeding currently gets to be rough when minimally supervised worlds are involved. Yes civilizations do come and go. They do wipe themselves out.

Why bring in a civilization that will wipe itself out?
Remember that mortal life cannot be sustained indefinitely without the individual following certain rules. It never works. A traditional approach to normal lifespans with constant birth and death does work. Many billions of lives can happen that way. That does mean something
True they could not yet live forever without going mad yet, but they can live full loves.

But the civilization has a chance to grow into something great. Take our planet as an example. The first advanced life that I know of came about in the dimension that the Eternal society
came from originally. So while it is true that they wiped themselves out twice, an offshoot remains that succeeded. The first civilization here was about 300k years ago there in that realm, I think. They wiped themselves literally back to the stone age.
The parent civilization did not approve of how violent they were and for the safety and happiness of all, they were allowed to wipe themselves back to starting over. Once eventually that they got advanced again, they also were evil, but had a small group that did want to be good.
I believe it was the parent civilization that made sure that small group made it. From there you have 300k years of people living mostly normal mortal lives with some bits of natural wars and resets that came.

In the long run, you get a new civilization that will go on.
For the price of giving a couple dimensions human civilizations that grow as they want, you get a new society that will go on without end helping and becoming very good. Yes there were resets but as that happens anyways, better for the vast majority of people to live normal lives
Mortal lives are mortal because certain decisions lead to madness, destruction, and the eventual annihilation of all they have power to destroy. Mortality is the only thing keeping them in check. This is the balance of nature.
Nature existed first. The reality is NOT why the parent civilization let's so many pass away that are not ready. The reality is that nature itself created life and death in certain cycles. It is living forever that is very unnatural.

Mortal life is normal. Eternal life is earned
Giving nature a chance to be nature is not creating death. It is creating life. The parent group created this universe and did the best they could to get as good of a chance at making it as they could for all the worlds they made. They made worlds and life in abundance.
Out of these many mortal normal worlds, there are those like our Eternal society that made it and now we have the chance to learn how to be truly happy and also fair and loving to others at the same time. It is not an easy journey but we are here now.
So actively seeking peace is very rewarding. Those that seek horrors like the cabals do only short themselves. They ruin any chance of being invited into the only club that matters.

Now that this world has made it, the time for the corrupt here is nearly over.
The role for the older genome is just to get things going. Once going, there is no further use for those ways. That genome is too dangerous to keep. Those who are so greedy and inte t on the destruction of others have no purpose.
The old genome thinks it can get its place by being better and stronger. It thinks that might is right. Well if might is right, they lose. Together minds are stronger. A lone wolf stands no chance in the eternities. The old greedy and violent genome is not needed here.
Yes it is just a matter of time before it is gone here. It served its limited purpose and the group that seeded life here no longer needs a violent genome ruining things here. Patience and you will see this world change dramatically.

So the parent civilization just gave a little more information. First they have been and will be helping here but they do have The Council and the Drama department under censure, so they are not letting their plans known to them just yet. They talk with the genetics team mostly
Next, remember how I said bots otherwise known as Onelings, get life on a chip if they are not good?

Well things just went from bad to worse for the cabal members. The parent civilization is formally requesting that certain classes of chips be permanently erased.
So if life inactive on a chip sounded bad, now a lot of chips will be deleted. (Their data storage is not necessarily on data chips but they use the terminology with me as there is some tech they do not go over with me yet).

I know this may seem harsh, but they made a good point

Sorry to not have been as active lately. I had written a post, but my girl quickly borrowed my device and somehow accidentally the post got deleted before it could be sent.

Anyways, there are not really any significant updates yet. The change of the drama department is huge
This is not a minor change. Everything ultimately depends on this being done quickly and done very well. Now they are in the therapy phase getting used to their new genomes. This is a crucial part of the process. The quicker they get set in the new genome, the better it is for us
Those in old genomes are rough and tend to do things in ways that benefit themselves and their line of thinking. Having this department in a newer genome means a much more gentle experience on Earth, but one that trains more advanced topics. That means less of the annoying games

There are those who claim that rock music is blessed and dedicated to the devil, so we should not listen to it. The reality is that even a lot of Christian music and all other types are as well. The recording industry has leaders in it that are bad.

So what to do with it?
The movie and television industry is plagued as well with such problems.

So what can we do about that?

The reality is that not all music or media need be avoided. Honestly someone may dedicate a Mozart recording to the devil, but this does not mean we then are tricked into
inviting in bad spirits because we listen to Mozart. We cannot control or know for sure what music is or is not blessed with dark rituals with certainty. We can know the content of the music or movies though.

What emotions do they convey? What type of spirit do we feel?

This meme is going around. I do not know who made it, but it is very true.

Hate and emotional manipulation was used to brainwash and manipulate. Yes the years of this has changed those who fell into the traps.

Do not underestimate how much hate changes people and turns them.
Pure prolonged Hate is one thing that creates abusers. Forgiveness is not really possible until healing happens.

It is a difficult process coming back from being an abuser. It is difficult coming back from being abused. If we just gloss over this and pretend it was politics,
then bad habits that got deeply set in as part of the indoctrination process will continue to plague the ones deepest in the psychosis that media tries to instill.

The process of becoming a nice person again is not just one of seeing they have been lied to.

Update: Sorry it is a bit cryptic, but censorship.

Some generals got their feelings hurt a bit with the "Huge setback" on the 20th where they did not get the goals they and seemingly everyone else wanted. Certain ones think their goals will take a lot longer than they wanted.
Remember while military planning may be nice, the Council looks at the cabal leaders as if they were the lower than ants version of the keystone cops, and the military as not all that much better.

So the Drama department is slipping them better info to help keep it on track.
All that is needed are some key pieces and the house of cards starts falling apart.

Humans may not think of our system as a house of cards, or our leaders as inept, but the Council really did have its hand in everything. They made sure our system had key weaknesses.

Approx Timeline:
10k years ago: The Eternal society starts more regular interactions with this Earth dimension.
Sometime between more than 10k to less than 18k years ago the old society came into the Earth dimension with their hive mind controlled, genetically engineered giants
then at some point they blew up their home dimension leading to the complete extinction of the old society in every dimension. They were gone before 10k years ago.

Between about 18k and 20k years ago, the Eternal society started out with the leap seen in the cartoons.
Roughly 68k years ago: The old society (in their dimension, not ours) gets it start after the even older society destroyed itself and wiped their society essentially back to the stone age, nearly wiping it out completely.
