• Dand targets full upper body muscles including pectoral muscles, shoulders, arms, core, back and spine.
By doing dands you target multiple muscle groups at the same time.
Dand consists of two 'yoga' poses
- Parvatasana (Mountain pose)
- Bhujangasana (Cobra pose)
which ultimately provide flexibility in your body other than muscular endurance.
Dands will ultimately provide you the benefits of yoga as well
Parvatasana will work on your spinal region by allowing flow of blood in this region and will also improve blood circulation in brain.
Bhujangasana will tone your abdomen and strengthen your back and shoulder.
"Dands also cure all kinds of illnesses relating to semen loss (impotence, infertility, and spermatorrhoea) and faulty digestion.Dands strengthen the sinews of the body, and they also develop character". (The Wrestlers Body)
Once comfortable with normal dands
You can practice more intense dands such as
- Hanuman Dand
- Rammurti Dand
- Vaksh Vikasak Dand
- Mishra Dand
- Sarp Dand
among many.
•• Baithak is a dynamic compound exercise for your lower body
Baithaks target core, glutes, hamstrings, calves and quadriceps muscles group among many.
Baithaks builds strength and balance
other than this they provide stability, mobility and endurance.
Baithaks improve blood circulation in lower body and increase testosterone level.
Dand and Baithaks when done together can do wonders to your physical strength and mobility.
••• 'Gama'- A indian pehelwan used to do 3000 dands and 5000 baithaks everyday
he remained undefeated for 50 years
once he managed to defeat a renowned wrestler with 6'9" robust physique while gama was only 5'7".
Bruce lee incorporated Gama's training methods in his routine
'Rammurti' also known as Indian Hercules
once broke Iron chains tied to his hands by just flexing his muscles
he once allowed an elephant to move over his chest
all this strength by practicing regular dand baithaks and brahmacharya.
•••• Follow a simple method to gain strength as robust as a mountain.
He talks sense and bullshit, you as an Indian will need to separate the two.
Just for instance the bottom three South Indian states are amongst the top meat consuming states but they also have the most people with abdominal obesity.
Psychologically we are wired to defend what we do and ridicule what is done by others. Rationalizations are used to defend against feelings of guilt, maintain self-respect, have congruency in life and protect oneself from criticism. That is why you see 'debates' all around.
There are non vegetarians forcing eggs on vegetarians by citing it as a veg food.
There are vegetarians defending their shitty food consumption (Wheat three times a day paired with Potato curry) and forcing it on others as a moral compass.
Raising a traditional daughter is a necessity and requires careful precise steps from your part.
I am not a father yet, but I have seen traditional daughters being bought up.
This is how you must do it -
• More than half of your work to raise a traditional daughter is done when you have a traditional wife. If your wife is a woke, be sure that your daughter will be too.
he revealed how the medical associations who proposed that homosexuality is normal citing scientific evidence, infact, arbitrarily termed homosexuality as normal.
• The core of conducting a neutral science backed research lies in not allowing biased individuals to conduct the study. If a researcher is biased then this will effect the empirical approach of that research. You don't need PhD to understand this.
I did a 21 Day Transformation Routine with members of my telegram group.
Let me be honest, it was a rigorous one.
This is what we followed
- Waking up at 3:30 in morning
- Chanting of Narayan and Shiva just after waking up (For 2 minutes atleast)
- Then we did some light stretching and some pushups
• Neck rotation
• Arm rotation
• Torso rotation
• Bhujangasan
• Balasana
• Uttanasan
• Adho mukha shvanasana
• Paschimottanasana
• Pushups (as many as you can and the repetitions are to be increased daily)
- Freshing up (bathing etc.)
- Doing Puja in Brahmamuhurat (Following your set routine of prayers and chanting)
- After puja we were free to carry on with our desired work. This included exercise and studying.
The time should not exceed a certain limit because you don't want big rallies and protest against the changed policy and prices from masses.
Therefore you keep the prices high only for some time
Step 3: Gradually reduce the severity of policy as per your wish.
For ex. Make the prices Rs. 100 now.
But here's the catch. People have now adapted to the changed prices and policies. Therefore even though the prices are still up by 25% but it's still less than ₹ 110
