8) p.s. For the “do you eat dog” question, I would try to be funny and reply, “Yes, I eat hot dog 🌭 just like you.”

9) Regarding “you’re going to burn in hell” comment, the full longer version—

“We can’t goto the movies because my mom says I can’t date you, because she says I can’t marry you, because you’re going to burn in hell”.

And it was from a supposed friend. That made it hurt more.

10) I was always hoping our children won’t have to grow up in such a sick cruel world. But seeing the racism & vitriol the last few years, I’m concerned.

But I have hope because I believe the society we have is result of the society that we strive for, fight for, & vote for!
