A few weeks ago on @piersmorgan show, grotesque ogre Cenk Booger was screaming at me for saying Diversity, Equity and Inclusion should have no place in California fire departments.

DEI isn’t just wrong because it is repackaged racism.

It’s also wrong because once it enters a system it takes attention and resources away from the actual mandate of the institution.

There is finite time and manpower, and if you choose to waste them on DEI your core competency will diminish.

Simple as that. No exceptions.
This is a point @peterboghossian has made for a decade.

And while there are a myriad of reasons these fires are so bad, even one day of the fire department wasting on hiring more minorities or sensitivity training is one too many.
@peterboghossian Surely this will help stop raging fires.

There is no hate speech law here in FL, and to prove it how about you tweet something verbatim which I can’t say here in Florida that you can say in the rest of the country. I’ll take my dog for a walk and say it and we can see what happens!
It’s about property rights, targeted harassment and religious liberty.

He knows that, but he’s doing Trump’s dirty work.

There’s nothing about “certain kinds of literature.” You can’t target people at their home or place of worship.

MSNBC tool running PR for Trump, just as I’ve been telling you for months. They want Trump because DeSantis is the threat.

Everyone moving to Florida, vacationing in Florida, building in Florida and flourishing in Florida.

It’s also 3rd in Education.

FL did remarkably well during Covid with 2nd oldest population, while managing not to destroy economy.

House prices are high because of influx of people. And @GovRonDeSantis has moved up several infrastructure projects to counter that.
