• Delineated high-risk areas shall not arbitrarily expanded to areas such as residential areas, communities, and streets

• PCR testing for high risk persons only

• Home isolation for asymptomatic cases

• 7 day home isolation

• 5 day home quarantine for close contacts

• High-risk areas with no new infections for 5 consecutive days must be unblocked in a timely manner

• Pharmacies around the country must operate normally and must not close down at will
