The evidence for using puberty blocking drugs to treat young people struggling with their gender identity is “very low”, an official review has found.

bbc.co.uk/news/amp/healt…
The NICE evidence review looked at what impact puberty blockers had on gender dysphoria, mental health - such as depression, anger and anxiety - and quality of life.
NICE, which provides national guidance and advice to improve health and social care, said: "The quality of evidence for these outcomes was assessed as very low certainty."
NICE found it was difficult to draw conclusions from existing studies because of the way they had been designed.

They were "all small" and didn't have control groups, which are used to directly compare the effect of different treatments.
There were other issues with the studies too, such as not describing what other physical and mental health problems a young person may have alongside gender dysphoria.
NICE also reviewed the evidence base for prescribing cross-sex hormones.

These can be given to young people with gender dysphoria from age 16 in the NHS.
Estrogen is given to males, and testosterone to females.

The review found the evidence of clinical effectiveness and safety of cross-sex hormones was also of "very low" quality.
"Any potential benefits of gender-affirming hormones must be weighed against the largely unknown long-term safety profile of these treatments in children and adolescents with gender dysphoria," NICE said.
Conclusion: this is an experiment on children with no data to support it.

It’s resulting in thousands of children never going through puberty, and suffering through medical harm that comes from extended use of opposite-sex hormones.
Girls often move on to double mastectomies (without parental approval), and hysterectomies become necessary due to pain and atrophy.

Boys’ final destination is a penectomy.
Study after study shows more than 4 out of 5 kids would simply outgrow the dysphoria, if left alone.

This is state-sponsored indoctrination and sterilization of children.

I’ll be in Ontario and Quebec from April 25th to May 2nd.

I’m definitely planning for a few days in Ottawa. The House is sitting and you never know who you’ll run into outside. Image
I’ll also be in Montréal for a day or two, and Toronto. It would be great to get some people out, especially in Montréal. I may hire security as well, depending on our numbers.

Ahhh, such sweet memories of Montréal. The poutine was a highlight. ImageImageImage
I’m getting a couple signs translated into French as well.

It is very much appreciated and this whole campaign of conversations is only possible because of you. ❤️

I want to thank everyone again for all of your support. ❤️ It’s overwhelming.

I see many people are asking who is this crazy guy, so here’s a podcast I did with @BenjaminABoyce a few weeks ago.

Speaking Out For Children | with Chris Elston
When violent thugs try to silence the truth, it usually backfires.

Many media outlets are now reaching out, which is fantastic because parents need to learn about the indoctrination that is leading to physical harm of our children.
I’m driving back to Toronto soon and flying home to Vancouver tomorrow night.

What upsets me most about this is that it will scare some people out of having protests, but there are ways to do this safely.

Let’s organize and work together. ❤️

I’m waiting for a taxi at the hospital now.

I have a very annoying cast that goes up over my elbow to keep my arm at 90 degrees but whatever. I don’t need two functioning arms to have conversations.

Thank you all so much for the support. ❤️
Thousands of children are going through FAR worse than this at the hands of doctors who swore an oath to ‘do no harm.’

If you want to help me, please have a conversation with someone about the harm coming to kids.

I’m all good. Just waiting for an x-ray on my forearm but I’ll be fine. I used it to block several pylon hits.

They took my sign with the bodycam but I managed to film them with my phone during the tail end of the assault.
I was having peaceful conversations on Saint-Catherine Street, joined by a local man.

A bunch of these thugs suddenly swarmed me, I’m told there were about 7.
I took one punch to the face and one right hook to the back of my head from that big guy, but I’m hard-headed so no worries.

For the record, I did not fight back. I don’t need police arresting me again for defending myself.

I spoke with an assistant for a Conservative MP — along with Mia @_CryMiaRiver — and he thinks the Liberals are stalling on Bill C-6 because they’ll bring the final vote shortly before Trudeau calls an election, so they can use it to campaign against Conservatives.
I’m told again that the vast majority of Conservatives are going to vote NO on Bill C-6.

Liberals will campaign on how hateful the Conservatives are for not wanting to ban ‘conversion therapy.’

What a joke. They’re playing politics with children’s healthy bodies.
This man was very well informed, and super sharp.

Also, I learned yesterday that someone came in and briefed the whole Conservative caucus on numerous issues regarding gender ideology.

I’ve been having conversations outside Parliament, joined by Mia @_CryMiaRiver.

We spoke at length to a man who was going into a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister @cafreeland.

He was totally outraged we’re blocking puberty in kids, and promised to bring it up with her. ❤️ Image
I was so thankful Mia was able to come join me. She’s originally from England and it shows. I love TERF Island so much! ❤️

She’s so well spoken and has been having many conversations, waking people up in her community.
She also told me of a girl who recently went to the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario for her first appointment at the gender clinic, and in 20 minutes she came out of there with puberty blockers!

Twenty minutes!!! 🤬
