What a picture of a Police Weapon looks like for actual evidence purposes. Note it's open, which we do not get in the MFR pistol picture.

For all we know the gun in the MFR pic has a round unfired still in the chamber. We are not told it did, later - we are shown six and told six were in the Mag, that's it. We are also told they test fired it. We are not told what they did with the round the supplied or used.
