OCTA Research fellow Dr. Guido David: May positive [effect] ang ECQ, even nung GCQ bubble. Pero nung time ng GCQ bubble nag-improve by 0.1 ang reproduction number. With the ECQ, nag-improve siya from 1.9 to 1.6. Ang ibig sabihin 'yung trend is slowing down

OCTA's Dr. David: We're still expecting around the same, which means we will still be having 11,000 cases a day for the next week or so
