Weβve made operational tasks easy to do and interconnected across functions. From Customer discovery & acquisition workflow to work fulfillment and retention workflow, all made with simplicity in the UX. We hope to improve this for our own onboarding.
5- Partnerships π€
For SMMEs to succeed different value players must work together. We are adding partners with common vision every month; from free accounting tools with @Xero to cashflow financing with @Bridgement_ZA * etc. to enhance collective SMME value
6- Value Discovery π
We managed to unearth hidden value from sub sectors not known to many as βformalβ. Verticals such as CrΓ¨ches or swimming schools are enjoying growing performance and formality thanks to affordable business system implementation and support

This 1st quarter wasnβt without some challenges. Being an ERP product, @PiCortex still requires some high touch sales and customer success efforts, which makes our trial period an expensive exercise if no commitment follows

Experienced Enterprise Sales hires are expensive, a nightmare for a bootstrapped Startup. We might be doing a seed round to get us over this hurdle. In the meantime, if you know someone who can work even on PT basis give us a shout, weβre always hiring for this

This quarter we are turning up the heat. With a solid growing customer pipeline as well as further Technology addons (IoT for SMMEs, Online stores fulfillment, SMMEs automated reporting etc.). We will segment the 4 verticals showing traction. We are going for it
