Pros of the official release:
-Claire's wording is a lot more colorful and that fits her perfectly
-The extras are all fantastic, honestly worth the price tag alone
-Supports the author
-They got the amount of gold right (bonus point)
Pros of the scanlation:
-Surprisingly better production quality, especially in terms of cleaning
-Rei is called Rei, Claire is not br*tish
-No weird flipped meanings for no apparent reason
-More appropriate honorific translation (Lady/Prince instead of Miss/Master)
Final thoughts:
Honestly, just read the scanlation and then buy the official release to support Inori-sensei because she's great (questionable character ages aside) and to get the adorable extras.
I really hope people don't think my final verdict is biased because, ykno... obvious reasons...

Alright ya boi is finally doing it:
Mean lesbian plays otome games and complains about them live Episode 1 - Steam Prison. Looking forward to having a positively miserable time with it!
Only one real choice tbh (It's still not Rae.)
(I'm actually sticking with Cyrus, the idea of Rei romancing men is just too miserable even for me)
Bought the official release and my heart weeps at the name Rae
They whitewashed her.... they whitewashed my child........
gonna make this my "scanlator livetweets the official release" thread because that sounds fun (if you like reading people's pointless bitching and moaning that is)
Anyways Lady Claire >>>>>>>> Miss Claire
