@sam_adeyemi opined that As Nigerians when things are easy or the process of doing things are easy we tend not to appreciate it because we are used to hard life.
We believe the process of getting everything done must be difficult before it can be valued hence why we make things difficult for ourselves when such could have been done seamlessly.
Hard life is the system we create for ourselves and it is very wrong.
We as citizens need to rethink and see how we can alleviate the unnecessary entanglement and bureaucracy in the process of doing things.
I hope one day we can sit and reason how we can make things better and easy for ourselves.
I know it is possible but we are used to the system of making things hard at all cost.
The average man on the street will seek all possible means to exploit the other person by making things difficult for the person immediately he discovers his naivity about a matter subject.
Some few days ago, I wanted to mount a bike to a particular place, I asked the rider the Price, the Man increased the fee by 100%, I was surprised. I told him the normal price and he agreed to take me there.
I was just pondering on the situation within why we are like this.🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Do we have to make life hard for ourselves?
Does the tomatoes seller have to make it difficult for her buyer to buy her goods?
Does the landlord have to make life difficult for his Tennants?
Does the lecturer have to make it difficult for students to get good grades?
We need to redefine our system of doing thing.
We need to realise that Life should not be hard neither do we have to make things hard for ourselves before it can be valued but it is our system (9ja) that make things choke.
Let you and I start working towards making things easy for people around us.
Let change our orientation that _"it must be hard before it can be valued"_
