@OPPDCares Patient has been extricated from the vehicle. Traffic investigators requested for a Code 3 TCC. Will be headed to Nebraska Medicine per B4.
@OPPDCares M21 enroute to Nebraska Medicine Code 3 TCC with an unrestrained 20s y/o male. Narcan was administered with some effect. He was unresponsive upon OFD arrival. He is responsive to painful stimuli only and has a GCS of 4-5. Extrication time was 15 minutes.
@OPPDCares 72nd Street SB will be shut down for the investigation. Find an alternate route.

Pursuit: Abbott Drive and Riverfront Drive
Officers are in pursuit of a white Cadillac Escalade that fled from an attempted traffic stop and is occupied by a party wanted by Nora Units and is possibly armed. ABLE-1 tracked the vehicle through Omaha while officers did not pursue.
ABLE-1 terminated the pursuit as the suspect fled near Eppley Airfield. Delta Units located the vehicle and had several successful spike strips.
Suspect foot bailed near 16th and Cuming St. and just jumped into a Blue Chrysler 300 with 20 County plates. Unknown if this is a possible carjacking.
Structure Fire: 16940 Lakeside Hills Plaza
Multiple callers have a pump on fire near the pool. Evacuations taking place.

M65 enroute to Bergan Code 2 TCC with a 19 y/o male who was the unrestrained driver of a head on collision going approximately 60-70MPH. He is awake alert and oriented. He has an obvious right femur deformity.
