BRING YOUR KIDS TO WORK POLICY - We love having kids in the office! Staff can bring their kids to work anytime, at any age. During COVID, we've also provided free supervision for our staff's kids during their "zoom classes" so staff don't have to do two jobs at once.
100% COVERED HEALTH, VISION AND DENTAL INSURANCE FOR BOTH FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILIES THAT BEGINS ON THE FIRST DAY OF EMPLOYMENT because we don't want any of our employees to be worried about the cost of themselves or a family member getting sick.
UNLIMITED MENSTRUAL LEAVE - Experiences of menstruation can be very debilitating, yet we have been conditioned to mask their existence. This policy supports all employees who menstruate in their ability to adequately self-care without having to deplete their sick leave.
GENDER BASED VIOLENCE PAID AND PROTECTED LEAVE - FreeFrom employees may take up to 2 weeks of paid and job protected time off annually if they or a family member experiences domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking.
UNLIMITED VACATION - Employees need time to rest and putting a cap on this important time doesn’t help our effort to achieve high levels of employee satisfaction and creativity. In addition, we close the entire office for 2 weeks in the summer and 2 weeks at the end of the year.
VACATION STIPEND - Burnout is a pervasive problem in our movement. Our Vacation Stipend allows employees to cover expenses to actually take a vacation. FreeFrom will reimburse up to $1,500* for well-documented travel costs for trips of at least one night away from home.
4 MONTHS PAID PARENTAL LEAVE - Parents have 4 months paid leave that they can take all at once or in chunks over the course of their child's first year.
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH REIMBURSEMENT- FreeFrom provides up to $2,000/yr in reimbursement for fees incurred when employees invest in their personal or professional growth, including but not limited to: financial coaching, gender affirming hormone replacement, etc.
5% COMPANY MATCH OF 401K - We want to support staff in saving for the future and building long term financial security. Matching their 401k is a clear indication of our commitment to that goal.
BUILDING WEALTH STIPEND - We are invested in the financial well-being of our staff. FreeFrom provides up to $2,000/yr in reimbursement for fees incurred when employees invest in the wealth building services like Home Buyer Down Payment Assistance, Debt Management Solutions, etc.
