/1 Below are a series of documents detailing the Watchmen's national structuring, followed by the New York Watchmen and the like. These are given to all new members upon joining thier national organizing website.
/2 The first document details "peace time" structure and references a possible "war time" structure for armed civilian conflict. This is a "modified military structure". We can assume Charles Pellien is Company leader of NY State and Brett Biro is Squad Leader of Niagara County.
/3 A second document details their "Organization Development Team" nationally and state level. A centralized militia structure is maintained and members are encouraged to bring weapons to events. In WNY those are generally metal flashlights, metal batons, and open carried pistols
/4 A third document details their mobilization strategies on a city/town level in response to "civil disobedience, vigilantism and vandalism". Here we see how the different platoons and squads interact operationally.
/5 A fourth document details the organizational history of the national Watchmen militia, beginning with David Lemond under the alias "David Horton" in Carrabus County, North Carolina.
/6 A fifth document details infighting between national and state level groups. State groups don't want national leadership guiding them, causing some groups to split off. Eliminating leadership roles conveniently eliminates legal accountability for leaders like Charles Pellien.
/7 We have seen time and time again, that mass violence is committed by lone wolf far-right extremists after leaving their original far-right group. A good example of this being the 2019 Walmart shooting in El Paso, Texas.

/8 The Watchmen are an armed and organized far-right militia. They have coordinated with the Proud Boys and Three Percenters, participated in the Jan 6 insurrection and beaten our neighbors in Buffalo. We must stand against this fascist threat at all costs!

/1 Below is a contract signed by each New York Watchmen member upon joining and being given a uniform. They'd like to brand themselves as defending innocent people and property, but they consistently initiate violence against Antifascists and can't even follow their own rules.
/2 The first photo shows NYWatchmen and Proud Boys initiating violence against antifascist protesters against police orders. The second photo shows NYWatchmen initiating violence against a woman, again this "law abiding defense group" cannot follow their own rules.
/3 The first photo was taken yesturday at Stephan Mychajliw's Dyngus Day mask burning, where NYWatchmen uniforms were openly worn. The second photo is of NYWatchmen defying police orders to leave, screaming at BLM protesters in Tonawanda. Again, they can't follow their own rules.

/1 Problematic language, meaning ableist, fatphobic, sexist, homophobic and transphobic language, is pervasive even in leftist communities. Here's a thread on how we can all be better about using less harmful language in our dialogue:
/2 Ableism as defined below, is not only the use of ableist language but the perpetuation of a culture/system that places a value on human life based on appearance/ability. The use of ableist language allows this culture/system to thrive in our communities.
/3 As with all problematic language there are less harmful alternatives, such as those offered in the graphics below.
