/1 Below are a series of documents detailing the Watchmen's national structuring, followed by the New York Watchmen and the like. These are given to all new members upon joining thier national organizing website. /2 The first document details "peace time" structure and references a possible "war time" structure for armed civilian conflict. This is a "modified military structure". We can assume Charles Pellien is Company leader of NY State and Brett Biro is Squad Leader of Niagara County.

They'd like to brand themselves as defending innocent people and property, but they consistently initiate violence against Antifascists and can't even follow their own rules. /2 The first photo shows NYWatchmen and Proud Boys initiating violence against antifascist protesters against police orders. The second photo shows NYWatchmen initiating violence against a woman, again this "law abiding defense group" cannot follow their own rules.
