Medical expert committee has not recommended a lockdown. In Chennai, though cases are increasing, doubling time too has increased @kprabhdeep says.
Lockdown is not a solution, medical committee says.
More in line with the State government's position to go in for only a focussed containment strategy and open up the economy while fighting the virus simultaneously.
