Amazon warehouse employees tell y’all consistently that the pay and conditions are better than any other job like that..and y’all choose to not believe them..why?
Y’all trying to tell them that you know what’s good for them better than they do, kill it
Amazon warehouses actually push other jobs in the area like that to up wages because they have to compete now
Certain folks would be mad at Amazon for paying higher and providing more benefits because it’s making it harder for local businesses to hire the same talent

@solofunds Y’all should leverage push more, you can do some damage by timing push notifications with pay dates
And then folks will be like “okay let me use my discretionary income to fund a loan”

The data, recently obtained by The New York Times, indicated that women at Coinbase were paid an average of $13,000, or 8 percent, less than men at a comparable jobs and ranks within the company, according to an analysis of the figures
When she factored in stock options for Coinbase’s employees — often an important part of pay at start-ups — the compensation for women and men was roughly the same while the gap between white and Black employees grew to 11 percent.

A few years ago, some blocks of Austin’s South Congress Avenue featured a castle-themed wax museum and comic book shop, a neighborhood bar with $1 taco deals, an auto shop and, in season, a Santa Claus on horseback.
Those blocks recently reopened with a strip of modern urban buildings with shops offering national brands from Lululemon to Le Labo perfumes. The $2,000+ private membership club Soho House and an Hermès store are on the way.
