Twenty years of highest growth of any province. Infrastructure pressures. Pressure has come from province due to reserves in municipalities.

"Reserves are the product of prudent long-term planning."
Argument here is reserves are not an indicator of wealth, but have been portrayed as such in some convos from the province.
Now @bmorishita is pushing for a changed narrative. Notes many MLAs don't have experience in municipal government.
