how it started vs. how it's going

I actually commissioned the designer to create a range of women of different races to create more inclusivity, and hope to transition between these different women from time to time. Hopefully I'll have the means to commission even more of these designs in the future that can-

-represent more women of all different cultures, shapes, sizes, etc. I know you loved the powerpuff girl photo, I loved it too, but I wanted to be able to move beyond that photo and capture more diversity in women, as I try to do with this account.

All women are beautiful in different ways. While this one, for now, may not share your race or features, like the different women posted on this account, we all share similarities in our womanhood, and I hope we can all continue to relate to that.

Before using these designs, I spoke to multiple women of color to ask if they think having designs for many women of color would be a good idea, and also to get their feedback on all of these designs before finalizing them.

I started with this picture because I am a Southeast Asian woman and felt it was most appropriate to start here than using a different race first.

I am not going to be able to have a single picture that can represent every woman (I even got harassing messages for the PPG pic, "her skin is too dark" or "her hair bothers me"), but I will work on getting more designs that show that all women are beautiful, confident queens,

which is the goal of this account. I'm happy to hear ideas of designs that would make you feel included or represented as a woman. I have financial limitations but will do what I can to help all women feel seen and heard on this account.
