Why and how Karnataka can control Corona easily as compared to other states?

Looking at top 5 states in #cases , KA is at 3rd. Let me show you how MH and UP cannot control soon but KA definitely can. Lets look at MH and UP first. 
MH : Corona is spread across the state and putting effort at all districts at once isn’t easy when 10+ cities have more than 10k cases. Lockdown cant be implemented as cities except Mumbai/pune aren’t well equipped .
UP : most of cities aren’t smart cities. Cities are filled with local people with small businesses and lockdown isn’t an option in many cities at once.
Here comes Karnataka. Except Banglore other cities aren’t impacted much ( nothing as compared to MH/UP). Only city to concentrate is Banglore. Lockdown in banglore will cut to/fro Banglore to rest of state. Other cities can be handled well. ⬇️
Banglore is a city where lot of people already left city and went to hometown for WFH long back. A lot of people in Banglore are WFH only. Density is less as of now and city doesn’t totally depend on small businesses. IT city is mostly run by startups and online businesses. ⬇️
Imposing lockdown in Banglore will be smooth as compared to any other part in India. Will not be really easy but still possible. KA’s most efforts need to put in a single city which is hi tech and can survive a lockdown for 10 days. Stop corona is Bangalore and KA will be better.
I am sure why expert have not done it already. KA is only state as of now where govt can be 5 steps ahead of corona before it’s late. Elder people are locked across country and youth here are already WFH( not 100% but majority). Other businesses can run which ever are imp 👍
