North Somerset Council's full council meeting for November is getting under way - one of its few meetings I or the public can actually access ATM. Councillors can dial in but aren't able to vote if they do.
Scrutiny panel meetings keep being listed and then held "informally" behind closed doors, with no agendas shared with the public
Public speaking now. Jill Maycock, on behalf of Mendip Village Fitness, calls on the council to stop "kicking the can down the road" and reopen Churchill Sports Centre. She says it's been backed by all the villages locally and many politicians

I'm at the Guildhall this evening for a talk by Cllr Clyde Loakes from Waltham Forest for a sellout talk on the benefits of low traffic neighbourhoods, an idea B&NES Council is keen to investigate Image
It was a manifesto pledge for the Lib Dem administration and Cllr Jo Wright said the majority gives them a clear mandate to tackle it #bathtraffic
Cllr Wright says the council will be delivering low traffic neighbourhoods across Bath over the next two years but it needs the backing of the community
