Isn't saving life be given first preference, yes. Problem in India is due to panic spread by media, patients with mild symptoms r occupying ICU, oxygen bed due to medical insurance policies. Every covid patient due to messages on SM believes health worsens suddenly n then no
oxygen bed is available.
