#LND forget the talk of big seller finishing and current SP fluctuations, look at the numbers and do your own research. I will share mine in the below thread. Others may interpret things differently, but all views are welcome. 1/15
1) Current resource of 1 Moz at 1 g/t. These grades are perhaps 'boring', but do not be mistaken, preliminary studies suggest this is very economical to mine. The post tax Net Present Value of this existing resource at just $1560 gold price is $227 million otp.investis.com/clients/uk/lan…
2) Current drilling campaign is focused on infill drilling, lateral extension and depth extension of the existing resource and exploration outside the existing resource. 50 or so holes are pending and a steady news flow is expected to mid-summer, cumulating in an resource upgrade
3) Earlier this year results from soil sampling demonstrated anomalous gold along strike for 7 km alignresearch.co.uk/landore-resour…
4) Indeed, while the assays have yet to be reported, step-out drilling a couple of km either side of the existing resource has intersected typical BAM mineralization. Already, we can see the potential for this to be a multi-million oz resource. otp.investis.com/clients/uk/lan…
5) Unlikely they are going to be able to infill these 2km step-out's into the resource upgrade in the summer because there wont be enough drill density. But we can take a guess of what the resource upgrade may look like in summer. Discovery rate is 22oz per m drilled.
6) Current drilling program is 23,000 m, so based on the past rate we could assume a resource upgrade by 500,000 oz, resulting in a resource of maybe 1.5 M oz. But with clear potential to expand this by many oz because of hopefully soon to be confirmed step-outs.
7) How much is 1.5 Moz worth? Well at $100 per oz, thats $150 million or £110 million, or SP of £1. But again, with clear potential to expand this. But where does the Bonaza RNS fit in with all this?
8) I mentioned typical 'boring' BAM grades? Well this was potentially blown out of the water this week. The Bonanza RNS was based from extension drilling at depth, they only reported on a small section of the core with the rest and other deeper cores pending
9) But the implication here, is that underneath the existing deposit, there are high grade shoots. BAM is no longer 'boring'. Presumably they are waiting for the assays of the current drilling and then will target these high grade shoots with further drilling.
10) It remains unclear how extensive these shoots are with only limited assay data reported. But there are clues in the the RNS's which state visible gold has been reported including this beauty - which has yet to have been reported. But this offers real blue-sky upside.
11) In BH's words: 'This significant Bonanza gold discovery in the footwall of the BAM Gold Deposit has further demonstrated its potential to become a multi-million ounce open pit resource with significant underground mining potential'
12) O yeah, its not just gold on the same property there is an existing nickel sulphide resource. Yes thats right, nickel sulphide is the stuff that powers electric cars....
13) My conclusion is that the risk reward at the the current market cap is very favourable. I mean there are some exploration companies with only a slightly lower Mcap, but with nothing but fancy geophysics. Patience will win with Landore Resources.
14) Nice recent write up by Total Market solutions: total-market-solutions.com/2021/04/landor…
15) most recent and rare interview by BH - talks about a potential TSX listing as well.... proactiveinvestors.com.au/companies/news…
