WHY EVERY YOUNG MEN MUST PRACTISE SEMEN RETENTION?
Self Tested Ways
'Teach the boys the system of Brahmacharya' - Swami Vivekananda
Firstly, Is 'Brahmacharya' and 'Semen retention' same?
- Brahmacharya literally means, conduct which leads to realization of one's self.
Studying of vedas, Semen retention to gain mental and physical strength etc. are parts of Brahmacharya.
Brahmacharya means freedom from lust in thought, words or deeds.
"Brahmacharya includes the control, not only of the sex or reproductive indriya(sense), but also of all other indriyas in thought, word and deed". (Meaning of Brahmacharya)
To clearly understand the difference consider this statement
Brahmacharya is the whole solar system but semen retention is the sun, that is the source of eternal mental and physical power required for Brahmacharya.
This distinction was made so that you understand that the ancient vedic practise of Brahmacharya is much more than modern day 'nofap' and 'semen retention'.
Now let's talk about why semen retention is a must
Why is semen considered a precious fluid?
Ayurveda, oldest scripture on health and medicine says that - From food comes juice or chyle; from chyle, blood; from blood, flesh; from flesh, fat; from fat, bones; from bones, marrow; and lastly from marrow, semen(epitome of essence)
Dhanvantari(The god of medicine) was once asked about the secret of health. He replied - The secret of health lies in the preservation of the vital force (semen, veerya), wastage of this energy will create hindrance in physical, mental, moral and spiritual development.
BENEFITS OF SEMEN RETENTION
• Physical
It acts as a catalyst in muscle growth and increases physical strength.
It also has all physical benefits associated with increased T-Levels such as deeper voice etc. as semen retention also naturally increase your Testosterone levels.
Strength training while practising 'semen retention' will do wonders to your physical strength
He talks sense and bullshit, you as an Indian will need to separate the two.
Just for instance the bottom three South Indian states are amongst the top meat consuming states but they also have the most people with abdominal obesity.
Psychologically we are wired to defend what we do and ridicule what is done by others. Rationalizations are used to defend against feelings of guilt, maintain self-respect, have congruency in life and protect oneself from criticism. That is why you see 'debates' all around.
There are non vegetarians forcing eggs on vegetarians by citing it as a veg food.
There are vegetarians defending their shitty food consumption (Wheat three times a day paired with Potato curry) and forcing it on others as a moral compass.
Raising a traditional daughter is a necessity and requires careful precise steps from your part.
I am not a father yet, but I have seen traditional daughters being bought up.
This is how you must do it -
• More than half of your work to raise a traditional daughter is done when you have a traditional wife. If your wife is a woke, be sure that your daughter will be too.
he revealed how the medical associations who proposed that homosexuality is normal citing scientific evidence, infact, arbitrarily termed homosexuality as normal.
• The core of conducting a neutral science backed research lies in not allowing biased individuals to conduct the study. If a researcher is biased then this will effect the empirical approach of that research. You don't need PhD to understand this.
I did a 21 Day Transformation Routine with members of my telegram group.
Let me be honest, it was a rigorous one.
This is what we followed
- Waking up at 3:30 in morning
- Chanting of Narayan and Shiva just after waking up (For 2 minutes atleast)
- Then we did some light stretching and some pushups
• Neck rotation
• Arm rotation
• Torso rotation
• Bhujangasan
• Balasana
• Uttanasan
• Adho mukha shvanasana
• Paschimottanasana
• Pushups (as many as you can and the repetitions are to be increased daily)
- Freshing up (bathing etc.)
- Doing Puja in Brahmamuhurat (Following your set routine of prayers and chanting)
- After puja we were free to carry on with our desired work. This included exercise and studying.
The time should not exceed a certain limit because you don't want big rallies and protest against the changed policy and prices from masses.
Therefore you keep the prices high only for some time
Step 3: Gradually reduce the severity of policy as per your wish.
For ex. Make the prices Rs. 100 now.
But here's the catch. People have now adapted to the changed prices and policies. Therefore even though the prices are still up by 25% but it's still less than ₹ 110
