WTH! Man's car broke down at 2:30 am. Sheriff Deputy drove him several miles home. Brother talked with Deputy, who then left. Man then called 911. Police said it was a domestic call about the car. Deputy went back & shot him multiple times. He was unarmed.

Sheriff said 911 call a domestic disturbance. Brother thinks he wanted a ride back to the car so it wasn't towed. Same deputy came & attempted to verbally engage Brown walking away from home. During encounter, deputy discharged his service weapon 10 times!

The home where he was shot is a nice, rural area. I have family that lives about 15 miles from there. This whole story is really strange.
NAACP is getting the body cam footage released, first to the family, then to the public. The Virginia State Police said he was in the middle of the roadway and was unarmed when he was shot 10 times.
