Jain thiruvempavai sings the glory of tirthankaras , there is direct refernce of 23rd jina parshva & Mahavira.
It was composed by Avirodhinathar some 1200years back.
Sri puranam which deals with the stories of 24 tirthankaras , 12chakravartins,9 vasudeva, 9 baladevas & 9 pratisvasudevas is said to b very popular with Tamil jains
It is also the main source of life of Mahavira in tamil , it is a prose work of Tamil & Sanskrit in grantha script
