Faith can make the impossible possible. Your faith can move mountains and the only way you can relate, connect and please God. Nothing comes to you from God without faith.

Hindrance to Faith

1. Fear: Your heart cannot harbor both at the same time. Where there is fear, faith diminishes and when faith is alive, fear diniminsh.

Fear weakens your faith, breaks down your defense, and exposes you to the enemy. Fear is not of God. The reason for the fear is to weaken your faith and make room for the enemy to attack.

Anytime you allow fear into your heart you begin to go down. God doesn't want you to fear.

2. Doubt. Most times fear and doubt are like twins. Doubt is when you question the truth of God's word. Doubt is a destroyer of faith.

Doubt always sets in when you take your eyes from God and focus on your circumstances. Bible admonishes us to keep our eyes on Christ.

3. Unbelief: This is a refusal to believe. It is the third part of the triplet(Fear, Doubt, and Unbelief). Unbelief is a hindrance to the expression of God's power. Without believing you receive nothing from God.

There are certain heights in life you will never attain if you don't believe. (Heb 3:19) It hinders your breakthrough and sets a limit on your life.

4. Disobedience: Refusing to follow instructions or rebellion against the truth. When you walk contrary to God's word you lose your throne. All the things that came to Abraham are the product of his obedience.

Obedience is better than anything else. If you disobey all your excuses mean nothing to God. Disobedience, rebellion, stubbornness, iniquity are in the same WhatsApp group.

Faith begins where the will of God is known.
Ways to Overcome these hindrances

1. Stop overthinking God's word. You don't need to understand completely first, just take the action He gives and watch things fall into place. Trust God

2. Recall what He has done before. If he has done it before, he can do it again. He is a God that changes not. He remains the same.

You struggle when you don't remember what God has done for you in the past and hold on to Him to see you through your present challenge.

If God has done it before you can bank on Him to redeem you again.

4. Block out negativity: What you think is what influences your belief system. Be careful what you allow into your system. You become a product of your persistent thoughts.

There are things you need to shut out of your system. Whatever that doesn't build your faith will demolish it.

5. Only believe. You become what you believe. If you believe you will make it, you will make it. Your life is moved by your belief system. Choose to believe correctly.

You don't see to believe, you believe to see in the kingdom. John 20:29. You are blessed when you believe even when you don't see.

6. Consider God, not your circumstances. Romans 4:18. God is bigger than your problem, stop focusing on the problem. It doesn't matter what you face, put your eyes on God.

God is still the greatest and He will come through for you. Take a step of faith and launch out this week.
