I never knew of Dan Kaminsky until about an hour ago.

But I feel obligated to pay my respects to him because it's the right thing to do.

From what I can gather: Mr. Dan Kaminsky was a computer genius. So many of us these days can barely grasp how to use a computer.

But Kaminsky seemed to have mastered the arts of programming and cyber security. To a point beyond making experts blush. dankaminsky.com

To many still, the world of computers and InfoSec comes off as a niche community.

But everywhere I look online I see that Dan Kaminsky had an impact on the four corners of that whole world. Stories upon stories.

Again I never met Dan Kaminsky but looking at all the people he helped out in life? I'm learning a lot about him.

Enough to even be a little envious that he figured out how to live so generously to the world.

I'm running out of things to say about Dan Kaminsky and this is just turning to a thread of wall to wall memorial tweets about him.

My thread about you started on the subject of your death, but by the end I can clearly see there's so much about your life that was worth celebrating.
