My theory, for @ZellnerCrimeLaw: TH left ASY, went back to photo Zips, then drove home (“all roads lead to one door”) with updated planner page & AT paperwork. Changed into cowgirl costume for H’ween party (RH told reporter TH wearing costume last time he saw her - WHERE is it?)
RH was there “dropping off” stuff to SB. MH, too (“grieving process” before RAV found). TH threatened to expose drug biz operating in her home. RH freaked & killed her. Called MW & KK directly instead of 911 to avoid home investigation that could get them all in trouble.
MW saw Schmitz check (admitted seeing it at trial #checkaduhid) & “SA paid” probably handwritten by TH on Janda AT sheet. Called JL for MTSO guidance to solve both CASO & $36m problems with one SA framing.
They moved TH’s green RAV & body to Zander Rd. (where MTSO failed to frame SA for 2004 stolen car fire) & burned them. Then visited neighbor Paul Metz to urge report of fire with burning body (KZ filed PM’s new affidavit with her brief because CASO Report falsified his story).
MH monitored TH voicemail & kept family quiet. KK pre-arranged missing posters on 11/2. On 11/3, KH reported TH missing (said SB told husband he last saw TH on Monday at home). RH LIED about hacking cell account (Cingular rep testified incoming phone numbers NOT included.)
MW LIED about BJ number reverse-tracing to SA (not possible - they likely had her phone & paperwork). At some point, Zander sign & TH license plates planted at SA’s to create tidy evidence circle. MW sent AC to interview only SA (ignoring 10 other residents on ASY property?!).
AC found plates & Zander sign, drove to address, called in plates, found burned green RAV & TH’s body (“it’s here!”). MTSO seized car & named SA a homicide suspect. While preparing overnight to arrest SA, recorded jail calls with JS discovered, giving him home alibi. WHOOPS.
Crime scene had to be restaged at ASY. Burned car wouldn’t make sense so they located a (damaged) blue RAV at another salvage. Added battery, switched VIN. RH scratched up with branches & debris while planting at ASY in dark (guided by 22 LE calls) & covering to hide wrong color.
PoG sent to find RAV & call Pagel direct (again, not 911). LE covered it with tarp to prevent aerial footage of color (only CASO-controlled photos exist). Moved it after dark to prevent onlookers from seeing it. (KZ could choose any RAV on planet for tests. She picked BLUE.)
MW edited KH’s description of TH’s car & predicted bad porn in search warrant. SA’s blood swabbed from sink for lab, planted from stolen MTSO vial in RAV (standard blood draw includes several tubes with different additives, only 1 in box, KK emailed SC about it in 02/06.)
Burned/seized green RAV likely moved to Kuss Rd. LE couldn’t plant TH blood because body was burned. Bones scooped into buckets for planting several places. Valet key planted with unused lanyard since TH’s keys (FOUND by MTSO, according to MG), wouldn’t fit decoy blue RAV.
MH & “untrained LE” RH accessed closed crime scene using alias. Did LE recognize CI “Ryan Kilgus” from drug busts/biz? TH’s vibrator DNA planted on bullet frag atop cement dust in garage (KK’s faked Evans confession pre-explained why vaginal cells on bullet shot thru head.)
Bobby saw TH leave. OOPS. KK tricked him with faked computer searches & Janda barrel contents - claimed SA was guilty & trying to frame him! BoD changed story. Same with ST using KK-faked SiKiKey letter. ST invented huge fire & they alibied each other.
Barb threatened with drug charges & pressured not to interfere with Brendan or BoD & ST will be charged for murder. KK promised plea for BD but deal canceled when meowing LK was ousted. BJ was mad about broken promise but stuck between rock & hard place - all kids in jeopardy.
ST celebrated SA guilty verdict, thinking he thwarted SA’s scheme to frame him. They’re still scared to admit KK & MW tricked them - maybe TH green RAV & body are buried at fancy house purchased right after trial? They’re mad because KZ is pointing, pressuring them to squeal now.
Note IGNORED/HIDDEN evidence: Zander sign, eyewitness SiKiKey letter, computer report CD. All were needed ONLY for original crime scene & blackmailing witnesses, so KK didn’t want them looked at closely. Note EDITED witness statements - Metz fire was changed to ASY 4 miles away.
MTSO was intentionally kept involved as a distraction & scapegoat. KK made others do most of the dirty work so THEY would all get blamed if anybody got caught, not him. JB & DS were so busy looking for MTSO corruption, they didn’t see the real culprits heading the investigation.
Kratz has a history of threatening to get people “jammed up” if they don’t cooperate or if they tattle on him. He NEVER expected anyone outside the courtroom to see all of the evidence in this case. He tried to stop MaM & KZ at the very beginning & is still at it!
