Let me see if I understand this straight: Is @IHU_Marseille suing @MicrobiomDigest, @BorisBarbour and @PubPeer, so their fraudster director, #DidierRaoult, could continue falsifying data, without anyone being able to said anything to him? mmm ok
Some of the 170 Raoult's frauds
👇
"Tick-Borne Spotted Fever Rickettsioses"
Hunter's Tropical Medicine and Emerging Infectious Diseases (2020)
doi: 10.1016/b978-0-323-55512-8.00069-7
"Identification of rickettsial immunoreactive proteins using a proximity ligation assay Western blotting and the traditional immunoproteomic approach"
Comparative immunology, microbiology and infectious diseases (2018)
doi: 10.1016/j.cimid.2018.06.004
"A toxin-antitoxin module of Salmonella promotes virulence in mice"
PLoS Pathogens (2013) @PLOSPathogens
doi: 10.1371/journal.ppat.1003827
"Activation of protein tyrosine kinases by Coxiella burnetii: role in actin cytoskeleton reorganization and bacterial phagocytosis"
Infection and Immunity (2001)
doi: 10.1128/iai.69.4.2520-2526.2001
(nice photoshop)
"Bartonella vinsonii subsp. arupensis as an agent of blood culture-negative endocarditis in a human"
Journal of Clinical Microbiology (2005)
doi: 10.1128/jcm.43.2.945-947.2005
"Co-infection with Arsenophonus nasoniae and Orientia tsutsugamushi in a traveler"
Vector borne and zoonotic diseases (Larchmont, N.Y.) (2013)
doi: 10.1089/vbz.2012.1083
"Monoclonal antibodies to Coxiella burnetii for antigenic detection in cell cultures and in paraffin-embedded tissues"
American Journal of Clinical Pathology (1994) doi: 10.1093/ajcp/101.3.318

one of the first Raoult's "job"
"Defining pathogenic bacterial species in the genomic era"
Frontiers in Microbiology (2010)
doi: 10.3389/fmicb.2010.00151
"Genome sequence and description of Gracilibacillus timonensis sp. nov. strain Marseille-P2481 , a moderate halophilic bacterium isolated from the human gut microflora"
MicrobiologyOpen (2019) doi: 10.1002/mbo3.638
ok, I'm tired, for more of @raoult_didier's frauds, go to pubpeer.com
a bonus track from one of Raoult's defenders @EricChabriere2
"Evidence for phosphatase activity of p27SJ and its impact on the cell cycle"
Journal of Cellular Biochemistry (2009)
doi: 10.1002/jcb.22135
As scientist myself, I consider what Elisabeth Bik, as well as many others scientists, are doing when exposing scientific fraud through @PubPeer is tremendous! Falsifying data is the easiest thing to do and works ethics is everything.
Elisabeth, you are my hero! @MicrobiomDigest
Unfortunately, the case of @raoult_didier is far away an isolated case. #GuidoKroemer from @Univ_Paris has 61 cases. @HetzLab from @uchile, 31. @EChabriere has 27 cases. #ClaudioSoto from @McGovernMed has "only" 10.
