First Bhai Dyal Das ji was brought in front of Guru Sahib and was asked to embrace Islam.Bhai Dyal Das refused with a smile. He was put in a big pot full boiling water. Bhai Dayal Das ji sacrificed his life in boiling water, calmly reciting Waheguru-Waheguru.

Bhai Sati Das was third Sikh of Guru Teg Bahadur ji to be sacrificed. Kazi asked Bhai Sati Das ji to accept Islam or die. Bhai Sati Das ji replied that his pleasures are in following the commands of his Guru and not in saving this life which in anyway has to end one day.

On listening his reply, Kazi ordered him to be wrapped in cottan, pour oil on him and to burn. Bhai Sahib remained calm and left for his heavinly abode reciting Waheguru-Waheguru.

Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib ji was asked again to embrace Islam. Guru Sahib refused to embrace Islami. He was beheaded in Delhi's Chandni Chowk on the orders of Aurangzeb.
