🚨En el Art.4⃣ le quitan autoridad a las entidades territoriales poniendo por encima a las EAPBS, encargándoles el manejo de la Salud Pública🚑 de las regiones, tema que no es rentable para ellas y jamás les ha interesado.

🚨El Art. 5⃣ cede a Min. Salud facultades para reglamentar la Ley Estatutaria🤦‍♂️, tema que debería ser una Ley Ordinaria y debería tener la participación de los actores del sistema

@MinSaludCol ha disfrazado la Ley 100 para hacerla pasar como Estatutaria.
