Today, Israel's president will begin consultations regarding the question: Who can form a government. He will meet Separately with MK Lapid and MK Bennet, but there might be a joint meeting of the two with the president as well. >
After the consultations President Rivlin will announce who will receive the new mandate – or maybe he will decide to send it back to the Knesset (This is quite a long-shot). The person chosen will have 28 days. >
*At this point* the biggest chance is some-kind of unity goverment based on right-wing and left wing parties, 7 party coalition - when Bennet and Lapid will be PM each for 2 years.
