Long thread about COVID-19 & recovering: kindly read.
On Friday, 16th of April all of sudden I had fever, body aches, headache, loss of smell and taste. My brother who was visiting us from the USA,also got very high fever on same day. His fever was running at 103 till Monday.

I took him to a near by physician who asked for a CT scan. Till Monday night I was managing somehow but Tuesday 3am I started having breathing problem. I was not able to breathe. Without loosing time I immediately started Anulom Vilom & then did bhashrika. I did it for 20 minutes

There was some relief but it was not enough. Then for 2hours I did Makaraashan with small breaks in between. It helped big time. After getting some relief, I mentally chanted Sahstranaam of Divine Mother.
Around 6:30am, 20th April I messaged @drmoghes Dr Vishakha Moghe for help.

She replied at 8:40am. Gave her my medical history and she immediately started my treatment. #SBEBA treatment started doing miracles instantly. I started breathing almost normally. Fever reduced to 100. But it was going and coming, but did not stay more than 30 minutes.

Dr Moghe also advised not to eat anything till the time I get some appetite. I was following her every advise word by word.

On 21st April:
fever was back to 101. But after few hours it went back to 99.

On 22th April:
I was having very strong appetite since early morning.

And fever came every few hours. Not too high but around 99-100. I even had Moong ganji.

On 23rd April was also almost same. I was having moong ganji. And medicated water.

On 24th April:
Appetite was very high. Even after having 2chapaties with ghia sabzi I was very hungry.

It was just like Dr Moghe said - Once the infective condition is reversed, immediate sweating will happen leading to strong hunger.”
Didn’t have any fever in day. Evening around 6, fever came back. 99.3. I kept drinking medicated water throughout the day. No cough.

I was having serious cravings for food.
On 25th April:
I was running like nothing happened. Few things were there but I knew that everything will be taken care of.
During this whole period I was noticing how my body was reacting and what was happening. COVID fever is strange.

Body was burning from inside. It felt like sting of thousand of scorpions. Head felt like any moment it will split in two. Throat and nose felt like Arabian desert.
There was no thoughts and movements inside my body. Felt like I was packed in some kind of case.

I didn’t even dreamed or passed any gas till 24th April.
But In FOUR DAYS I recovered fully. There was some weakness but @drmoghes food advices helped in that also.

I had one advantage whatever medicines Dr Moghe prescribed I had all of them at home because I am studying Ayurved. In this difficult time, I humbly request @drmoghes to advise people to keep some basic Ayurvedic herbs at home.

In the last I would like to add few words- please don’t panic. Your body knows how to heal itself. Give it a chance. Our ancestors gave us a wonderful science called Ayurved. Take help of any #SBEBA practioner and listen to your body. May Divine Mother be your guide 🌺🙏🏻
