After media overwhelmingly botched the Georgia provision on electioneering (and campaigns not handing out food and water) Axios tied Florida’s broad anti-electioneering provision... to food and water.
This provision is NOT controversial at all.
Disgraced Democrat lawyers have already begun filing their (incredibly thin) lawsuits, focused on misrepresenting these provisions.
✅ Drop box changes
✅ Requiring a request for mail ballots
✅ Limiting ballot harvesting
✅ “Food and water ban”
Here the Washington Post follows Biden and Stacey Abrams’ lead invoking Jim Crow in an incredible reach.
I have to imagine there’s some kind of reward out there for finding a way to tie Jim Crow in, because the stretch here (in a NEWS story) is quite something.

Kamala has made her closing argument “Donald Trump is a fascist.”
Not jobs, not the economy, not security.
But while she’s relying on media reports and some misrepresentations of Trump quotes, Kamala Harris has actually ACTED more like a fascist than Donald Trump.

She’s committed to ending the filibuster (a tool to preserve the power of the minority) so she can take over the Supreme Court via court-packing - because she doesn’t agree with conservative majority.
She has promised to force people to violate their faith to perform abortions without limits - suggesting that abortion on demand is a more important right than religious liberty
Biden’s final EV rules make it easier for China to get billions in Biden’s EV tax credits - with Biden acknowledging that the U.S. supply chain can’t meet the timeline for his green transition.
Dems are feigning outrage - “this will allow China to infiltrate the American auto supply chain, at American taxpayers’ expense.”
The problem? Every Democrat voted for this with the Inflation Reduction Act.
Good luck defending this @SenBobCasey @SenatorTester @SenSherrodBrown
@SenBobCasey @SenatorTester @SenSherrodBrown Biden is exempting graphite from EV sourcing rules (77.5% comes from China) saying it’s “impracticable to trace.”
But these same people argue oil and gas companies should pay cities for storm damage from “global climate change” - as if that’s traceable.
One thing that fascinates me about @EvanMcMullin is he was so eager knee-jerk oppose anything Trump did that he ended up taking a lot of stupid positions.
But opposing killing Soleimani as he was planning to kill Americans was a required position for MSNBC talking heads. #utpol
1⃣Inflation
2⃣Regressive - taxing the poor to buy high-income earners grad degrees
3⃣Dark Brandon needs pandemic relief for grad degree holders?
4⃣Unfair to people chose cheaper options/military service to pay
5⃣ Should be done by Congress
Will be hilarious that just a week after Democrats (and their media allies) touted the "deficit reduction" in the "Inflation Reduction Act" they're about to cancel it all out to finance rich kids grad degrees in underwater basket weaving.
Obama admin estimated Keystone would create 43K jobs and generate $4.3B in economic activity. It moved 830K barres of crude a day in the safest way possible. Now its moved by train/truck, slower and more expensive.
In 2019 fed leases made up for 22% of US oil and 12% of natural gas production. The pause didn't last, but it hurt jobs and began the slow rise of energy costs they're now trying to make up for.
