Partition #1: God-Tier, not owning these two means you're NGMI, there is no reasonable argument against this

Partition #2: Experimental, daddy giving kids lunch money, high-risk high reward

The 48 Laws of Power is a modern classic. Not a day passed where I hadn't thought about the ammoral relevations backed by historical examples

Some highlights 👇👇👇 Image
1. Never Outshine the Master

Always make those above you feel superior. In your desire to please or impress them, do not go too far in displaying your talents or you might accomplish the opposite--inspire fear and insecurity Image
2. Never put too much Trust in Friends

Be wary of friends--they will betray you more quickly, for they are aroused easily to envy. They also become spoiled and tyrannical Image

TLDR: chitin is potentially an inflammatory agent, do not eat the bugs whose carapace are made of chitin

Cred: biology graduate, worked in biotech
Cricket flour is basically chitin dust
Chitin dust triggers inflammatory responses

Who gives a shit about token price when our runway does not depend on it

ZERO 🎯🐻
1. A sixty million dollar treasury yielding 5% is like 3M USD a year

2. This does not count the cash flow from people borrowing $pUSD

3. Using Convex, we don't need to pay for pUSD farming pools

4. A significant part of the team are already chads who don't need pay
We have infinite runway hence infinite momentum

Pro-tip: if you own a rare punk like a hoodie, you can borrow 3x more money with lower rates than competitors at @JPEGd_69

We charge 2% a year interest, the current pUSD farm is 20%+ yields, do the math

History Lesson

While trying to find a solution to the 2016 DAO hack, a soft fork was executed to censor transactions touching The DAO

It didn't work because it was a DDOS vector

👇🧵👇

hackingdistributed.com/2016/06/28/eth…
How it worked: majority of miners reject any block that contains transaction interacting with The DAO

This is a DDOS vector, because someone can do this:

Transaction {
1. SHA3(1)
2. SHA3(2)
3. SHA3(3)
...
1000000. TheDAO.interact()
}

Expensive computation -> Rejection
Because of how block validation works, nodes have to check the validity of the transaction by running the time-consuming loop...

But ultimately gets trolled on the last instruction

Problem?

Paying Pool2
A Thread, and Open Discussion

👇🧵👇 Image
What's the fair pay for Pool2's LP?

I think long-term it's 25%, observe the larger pool2's with a longer history including CRV-ETH, CVX-ETH... there will be variance based on price volatility

The percentage isn't too important as the free market decides the payout Image
25% compensation imply 5x volatility

Again, the free market decides the risk/reward of the payout by LPs entering/leaving

Some Pool2's go up to triple-digits
