Right after Bernie Sanders threw in the towel in 2020, Nina Turner went on Breakfast Club and said the Biden campaign didn't want her on the joint task force with Bernie progressives. Then she agrees: "absolutely" f'ck them people.
Nina Turner is not a Dem and not a team player.
8/20 Nina Turner says people who want to work within the Dem Party: "You know that song 'It's my party and I can cry if I want to?" Go on ahead, do that on the inside. Then there are people who decided the hell with it, we working on the outside."
So which is it for OH11, Nina?
In August 2020 Nina was speaking about leading a revolution: "No more lousy peace. We can both slay the Neofascist. Slay the Neoliberal... So, yeah, this is Revolution Time."
So, is #OH11 ready to elect Nina Turner, self-proclaimed revolutionary?
Last Aug, Nina Turner talks about "what the people want....we gonna do this... slayin' dragons all the way...We gonna get to work on the People's Party." Is she campaigning like this in #OH11? Or is the People's Party a bust and she's a Dem now who can just cry if she wants to?
Nina Turner believes she's changed HISTORY. She believes she's strong enough to SLAY DRAGONS. She believes she can start and run a PEOPLES PARTY 😬
She did none of these things.
Shontel Brown will do the work and get things done for #OH11. Vote for her and vote for progress.
Nina Turner rants about not being asked to speak at the DNC just like in '16 when the Clinton camp said no to her but "trotted out" Bloomberg and the "quote on quote [black] Mothers of the Movement..." but "this mother wasn't good enough because I don't roll over for folks."🤔
Sounds to me like Nina Turner is saying that black Mothers of the Movement had to roll over for Clinton "folks" in order to speak at the DNC in 2016.
She also seems to want to equate herself to these women but as "mother" who wasn't "good enough" because she didn't "behave."
This podcast came out the same week she compared voting for Biden to eating a half a bowl of sh**t.
Remember, it's all about the power for Nina. #OH11
#OH11 Where to start with this FB Live Broadcast of the Our Revolution MD June Meeting with Nina Turner - is it her comparing voting for Biden or Trump like choosing between eating two bowls of sh*t or the fact she was a resident of Maryland as of last June? Just wow.

In June Nina Turner is asked "is it time to give up on the Dem Party?"
Nina says she's an "independent-minded Dem" but she's OK with DemExit and supports progressives forming a 3rd party. "These TWO major parties are failing the American people." #OH11
/2
Nina Turner goes OFF on Dems and Biden saying she supports the formation of a 3rd Party because "we are not going to keep begging and grovelling a political party to do the right thing." In terms of the election she we have to make a choice between the "Fox and the Wolf."
/3
Nina Turner in June 2020 telling Our Revolution MD that we got to make a choice between a neofascist and a neoliberal. "So I likened it, this is how I describe it: you've got TWO BOWLS OF SH*T in front of you. And you got to pick one. That's the situation we're in." #OH11
/4
Nina goes OFF on Bernicrats not being given = seats on the Clinton or Biden unity commissions after Bernie conceded both primaries.
She's upset we were "outnumbered" and that neither Biden nor Clinton made Bernie's platform their own it seems.
Nina Turner: "To me, on Jan 21st their should be mass protest. Point blank. These are our demands. Whether it's Trump or Biden. But especially if it's Biden. Progressives cannot sit back and allow him to run that WH anyway he wants. ... Don't let him have a moment's rest."
/06
Interesting in this June 2020 meeting, Our Revolution Chair Bob Muehlenkamp states that Nina Turner lives in MD in case those on the call don't know she is a resident of our state 🤔
So, when did Nina move back to Ohio to run for the open congressional seat in #OH11?
/END
In November Nina Turner summed up her thoughts towards Dems perfectly:
"I don't have any faith...I have NO FAITH in the Democratic Party."
NIna Turner clearly despises Biden and the Democratic establishment. She is more focussed on protest than on unity. #OH11

Following up on the excellent piece in @RollingStone by @7im on the prayer calls made by House Speaker Mike Johnson with a Christian nationalist MAGA pastor Jim Garlow, I uncovered another call that is equally troubling.
Authoritarianism is here folks.
Thread:
On Aug 9th Pastor Jim Garlow welcomed Speaker Mike Johnson on a prayer call to discuss what he calls the "constitutional crisis" before America in which cabinet level officials have come before Congress and lied under oath, all of which Johnson considers impeachable offenses.
/2
Jim Garlow starts the conversation with a clip of Speaker Johnson grilling DHS Secretary Mayorkas and then accuse him of lying to Congress. Garlow states he's "never seen the kind of disregard by the Exec branch to the Legislative Branch" by members of the Biden cabinet.

You want the receipts on Speaker Mike Johnson?
Look no further.
This is the ultimate thread of a man only Margaret Atwood could have dreamed up for America in 2023.
Make sure you read to the very end (especially you ladies, um, handmaids.)
/Thread.
In 2017, just a year after being elected to Congress Speaker Mike Johnson wrote an article in "Answers Magazine" about how Obergefell opened "a legal Pandora’s Box."
He called it: "Losing Liberty Without Losing Hope"
And BOY is it a doozy.
/2
Speaker Johnson wants you to know this about the Obergefell decision:
"many people of faith have still not yet fully considered what the case may mean to them. Here is why it matters, not just to Christians in the United States but around the world."
Speaker Mike Johnson: a Tale of Financial Deception in Five Parts
Part I. Scrub your wife's "Onward Christian Counseling Services" website as soon as you are elected Speaker of the House.
Why? It refers to how you work together in award-winning marriage counseling sessions.
Part 2.
Mike Johnsons doesn't want you to know what he reminds his baptist congregation of in Fall 2022: that he and his Teacher/Wife Kelly led a marriage conference for Cypress Baptist Church in Dallas, TX a few months prior where they talked about counter-culture parenting.
Part 3.
Mike Johnson even posted:
Kelly and I were truly blessed by the opportunity to lead the Cypress Marriage Retreat this weekend in Frisco, TX! What an encouragement it was to be with so many couples who are determined to live out God’s design and purpose for the marriage."
Speaker Mike Johnson has gone to great lengths to scrub his social media. So here with his "Teacher/Wife" Kelly is the sermon he doesn't want you to hear: "Answer for Our Times."
Thread:
MJ: "What is God’s Design for Society: God... created things to work in a certain way. the Bible is our owner’s manual as I refer to it. It teaches us and tells us through the instruction of the Holy Spirit how things are supposed to operate.
Mike Johnson speaking on forms of Gov't: "By the way the United States is not a democracy. Do you know what a democracy is? Two wolves and a sheep deciding what’s for dinner. You don’t want to be in a democracy. Majority rule - not always a good thing."
Dave Weigel got suspended from The Washington Post for reposting a sexist joke. A lot of people on here think the punishment is too harsh for his “mistake.”
But, looking back over Weigel’s early career, was it a mistake? Or, is this really who he is at heart?
Thread
Weigel started out as an early blogger and college Editor/Reporter for the Chronicle, a conservative rag at Northwestern (2000-2004).
(Wonder of wonders he wasn't canceled just for drinking JD and DIET coke.)
I’d bet money that most of the dirt-bag left has no clue how far right Weigel was back then. He even worked for the Center for Individual Rights - you know, the public interest law firm fighting to ban the use of race in admissions and other affirmative action initiatives.
Drew Hernandez a week ago on 11/3 says how being in Kenosha "changed my life." He states "the town was being attacked" and the "police were doing nothing about it." #RittenhouseTrial#KyleRittenhouse
Drew Hernandez - Kenosha, Kyle Rittenhouse Trial.
Drew Hernandez on 11/3 in this podcast says about Rosenbaum "that's the pedophile that Kyle shot."
"This is my opinion: I personally believe that after Kyle shot that first guy they were probably going to execute Kyle publicly in Kenosha because of what he did."
Drew Hernandez on 11/3 -
This is my opinion: "Here's what I'll say. This is my opinion: If they had publicly executed Kyle in the middle of the street if the radical left would praise it and come out and say 'he deserved it, that should have happened to him.'"
