How To Eliminate The "Shy Gene"

I went from deathly shy to giving speeches in front of 80+ people

Growing up, I was an introvert.

I would rarely speak up & I hated talking to strangers.

I would be even so shy as I wouldn't want to ask my teachers if I could use the restroom.

Flash forward: I'm at my sister's wedding and I have to give a speech in front of 80+ people...
Am I nervous at this moment?

No.

I am excited.

HOW?

Let's rewind a little bit as to what happened before we got here.

3 Years Ago

- I was broke
- I was deathly shy
- I hated what I saw in the mirror

This all changed in a hurry 👇
An ambulance rushed me to the hospital. I woke up in a hospital bed with no idea how I got there.

I had alcohol poisoning.

I felt this sense of shame, guilt, and pure disgust in myself.

I felt like a fraud.
I made a promise to myself at this moment that I would become the role model for my friends, family, & everyone around me.

So my journey began.

I trained my body relentlessly.

I studied the mechanics of hypertrophy and body transformations.

I went ALL IN.
The result?

I transformed my body and I was (for the 1st time) proud of what I saw in the mirror.

This was my first building block of confidence.

I felt comfortable and CONFIDENT in my body.

Then my life began to change and fast...
With the grit, discipline, & confidence I've earned up to this point, I was able to build a business & become financially free.

I felt less stress & more gratitude.

I was making a true impact on hundreds of people, helping them transform their bodies as well.

Confidence 📈
I went on to meet the partner who would help me build a massive empire.

She is the kindest, most supportive, and most amazing girl I've ever met.

Confidence 🚀
So back to my sister's wedding...

I'm standing there, mic in hand, ready to go on stage and deliver a speech.

I had earned so much confidence that I rewired my brain to be excited rather than nervous.

I gave my speech. Got a standing ovation. And enjoyed the rest of the night.
Moral of the story: you can reinvent yourself

That feeling of being a fraud...

You can change that

It starts with the foundations: your health & body

If you're not healthy and you're not proud of what you see in the mirror, how can you expect to be confident?

23 tips to get in the best shape of your life in 2023:

1. If you're not horny, you're not healthy.
2. Sugar does not make you fat.
3. CNN is a documented depressant. Exercise is a documented anti-depressant. Adjust your life accordingly.
4. Cardio is like day trading for quick profits (burns calories). Weight training is like investing for passive income (boosts metabolism).
5. Muscle confusion is not a real thing.
6. Eat as much fruit as you want. Nearly impossible to overeat.
7. To avoid post-dinner snacking, brush your teeth. Watch your cravings vanish.
