If this had happened a year ago, every oil and gas pipeline CEO would be summoned to the White House, and be given a week to come up with a plan to resolve this with new pipeline construction of some kind that would reinforce the stability of the east coast's fuels logistics.
Whether interconnects with TE Products, Buckeye Pipeline, or extending the Plantation Pipeline up to NYC, the problem would be solved.
And quickly.
Instead we have a clown who probably plans his day around his yogurt break at 4 pm.
