If you really wanna know the reality of Israel-Palestine issue then I would request you to delete all your memory which has the so called info on this subject and go back to history.
(1/n)
The history which dates back to that period when there was no Palestine, no Syria, no Israel, no Jordan, no Armenia and of course no Turkey as well. It was all one Ottoman Empire till the end of WW1. Let's quickly go to how Ottoman Empire was formed.
(2/n)
Before Ottoman Empire, it was Byzantine Empire established there. On April 29th, 1453, the Byzantine Empire was attacked by Sultan Mehmed II of the Ottoman Empire.

(3/n)
On May 29, 1453 Byzantine Empire ended when Ottomans breached Constantinople's ancient land wall after besieging city for 55 days. The fall of Constantinople further led to Hagia Sophia, a church being converted into a Mosque.
(4/n)
Now that the Ottoman Empire was established and despite of early struggles it sustained and not only sustained but thrived for more than 400 years. The last time the region peacefully lived was before WW1.

(5/n)
In the year 1878, the population was peacefully divided under 3 major religions 87% Muslims, 10% Christians, 3% Jews. Talking about only the city of Jerusalem it was always the Jewish homeland. In 1878, Muslims and Jews lived peacefully.

(6/n)
During the late 19th century. Around that time, Jews throughout the world faced growing anti-Semitism. Some historians believe that an increasingly tense atmosphere between Jews and Europeans may have triggered the Zionism movement.

(7/n)
In one 1894 incident, a Jewish officer in the French army named Alfred Dreyfus was falsely accused and convicted of treason. This event, which became known as the “Dreyfus Affair”.

(8/n)
This sparked outrage among Jewish people and many others. Persecuted Jews who were struggling to salvage their identity began promoting the idea of returning to their homeland and restoring a Jewish culture there in Europe.
(9/n)
Modern Zionism was officially established as a political organization by Theodor Herzl in 1897. A Jewish journalist and political activist from Austria, Herzl believed that the Jewish population couldn’t survive if it didn’t have a nation of its own.

(10/n)
In 1897, Herzl organized the First Zionist Congress, which met in Basel, Switzerland. He also formed and became the first president of the World Zionist Organization.
(11/n)
Coming to WW1. After the start of WW1, the nationalism in Astro-Hungarian Empire was at its peak and that was the time when Jews were attacked all over the Europe. Now that the Ottoman Empire was one of the ally of German Empire, things went pretty wrong for the region.
(12/n)
There was no reason to get into the conflict involving mainly European Nations killing others in the hunger of power and occupying territories when you yourself have big areas to lose. Foolish decision it was and people had to pay for it.
(13/n)
The war its has implications on the society. Starvation, loot and communal riots. People started to get insecured just like I said, the nationalism grew in Astro-Hungarian Empire, here too, same was the problem. Demand (murmuring) for separate nations had started.
(14/n)
By the middle of ww1, in the year 1915-1917 The monarchy was in doubts that what if these minorities start rebelling and bring a civil war like situation for them to deal with, since there were growing tension among the communities.
(15/n)
Citing the civil warlike situation, Talat Pasha ordered his soldiers to kill Armenian Christians commonly referred to as Armenian Genocide countless women were raped. An Historic wrong which is still not recognised by Turkey.
Deaths (600,000-1.5million)
(16/n)
Jews were also attacked by the Ottoman soldiers. Seeing the persecution of Jews In the Europe and as well as in Ottoman Empire, The Britain signed a Balfour declaration on November 2, 1917 stating that it will set up a colony for Jews to live in Palestine.

(17/n)
But Britain being Britain, a year back in 1916 it also promised under Sykes Picot agreement with France and Russia to divide the occupied provinces of Ottoman Empire (Britain kept Palestine for themselves) after winning the war.

(18/n)
And to top it all, Britain made the mother of all promises, here is the biggest of all, in 1915, a year before promising to France and Russia, Britain had also promised the Sherif of Mecca, Hussein Bin Ali that if he helps them in the war against Ottoman & German Empire...
(19/n)
...then he will be throned as the ruler of whole Arab world (including Palestine), so basically, they promised the land of Palestine to three different parties, the Jews, to themselves and The Sherif, wow that's what I call "The Promise".
(20/n)
The German army and its ally nations lost the ww1 which led to collapse of Ottoman Empire. The chaos had gripped the entire region and Palestine was no different.
(21/n)
Now the question was of delivering the promises but Britain didn't stand by its word and applied Sykes Picot and said to the Arabs that since the people of Palestine are less experienced and lack administrative skills hence British Mandate for Palestine will be applied.
(22/n)
They opened institutes to train them. 3 different kinds of institutes were opened, a different institutes for Muslims, a different institutes for Christians and a different institutes for Jews. Basically a Divide and Rule policy.
(23/n)
Now, as I said before that these 3 communities were living peacefully under one rule for more than 300 years, they went to same schools, they gained same knowledge and had equal opportunities in various fields.

(24/n)
These divisions led to rapid rise in disputes over small subjects which often led to communal tensions and riots. Now from 1920 to 1930, they tried to purchase lands from Palestine people through Jewish Trusts and settled the Jewish settlers and evicting locals.
(25/n)
Britain started to apply Balfour declaration in which it promised to Jews that will set up Jewish colonies in Palestine. Palestinians realised this rapid rise of Jewish population in Palestine, in the middle of 1930s the Jewish population comprised of 30% in Palestine.
(26/n)
In 1936 Palestinians revolted against this sudden rise of Jewish population, the Britain then tried to suppress them with the help of Jewish Militias and British also restricted new migration of Jewish people into the Palestinian region.

(27/n)
Also, Britain made one more
promise to the people of Palestine that in next 10 years it will grant Palestine a complete Freedom. But then the WW2 broke out. 4.2million Jewish people lost their lives in a Holocaust, Jews now felt most insecured.
(28/n)
The fear amongst Jewish community was at the peak, they had hide their identities, live in bunkers, even Jewish sympathizers and helpers weren't spared, they had no option but to flee to Palestine.
(29/n)
After the WW2, Britain handed over the issue of Israel-Palestine to United Nations Organization. The UNO was newly setup body (est. 24th October, 1945).
(30/n)
In November 1947, UNO divided Palestine and Israel into 2 (Jerusalem under international control) territories after passing a resolution through voting. Palestine declined to accept the map but Israel accepted it and on 14th May, 1948 declared itself a state.
(31/n)
But the Arabs were too angry with Israel declaring itself as a state so on 15th May, 1948 they very next day of Israel's declaration, Egypt, Syria, Iraq and Jordan attacked Israel, Israel had to retaliate and it captured another 75% of Palestinian region.
(32/n)
The remaining 25% of Palestine land was captured by Jordan (West Bank) and Egypt (Gaza). This war led to major refugee crisis. How many refugees did Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Iraq accept? They still live in camps, they had to pay for these nations aggression!
(33/n)
Israel has faced too many attacks from all sides in 6day war. It emerged victorious again. Syria losing Golan to Israel, Egypt losing Sinai Peninsula to Israel. It returned Sinai Peninsula to Egypt after peace treaty.
(34/n)
Times changed, the methods of war changed, the Terror of Hamas, The PLO and Black September Organisation took the matters into their hands instead of table talks now rockets and bullets would talk.
Munich massacre (1972 Olympics) changed everything forever.
(35/n)
Operation Wrath of God, covert assassination campaign carried out by Israel to avenge the kidnapping and murder of 11 Israeli athletes by Palestinian militants in September 1972 at the Munich Olympics.
(36/n)
Historically speaking, the land of Palestine originally belonged to Jewish Community, the census of 1st century, 4th century says everything. Jews were majority.
(37/n)
There has been systematic persecution of the Jewish Community all over the world, but Jews made sure it'll not let the world forget what they've gone through. They patiently waited for their turn and turned the tables.
(38/n)
All the neighbouring nations hate Israel (situation is changing for good) but Israel doesn't have any hatred for anyone. Even today there's considerable population of Muslims and Christians living peacefully in Israel without any discrimination whatsoever!
(37/n)
So many Islamic Nations do not recognise the existence of Israel, their athletes are denied of National Anthem in these nations. It's been More than 70 years, almost 3 generations have passed, do you think still it's worth it?
UAE thinks it's not worth it. 🇦🇪 🤝🇮🇱
(38/n)
I have a questions for Islamic nations, where are your Jews? You had Jewish population too, tell me where are your Jews?
Algeria- 140,000+ Jews
Egypt - 75000+ Jews
Syria - 10s of thousands Jews
Iraq- 135000+ Jews

Where are your JEWS?

(39/n)
Israel has every right to exist and not just to exist but to thrive as well. Israel is a tremendous friend but a fierce enemy. It's up to you which one to choose between the two.
Friendship is better. Israel can be a really good friend.
(40/n)
Israel knows no boundaries in helping it's friends.
Long live Israel. 🇮🇳🤝🇮🇱
Long live 🇮🇳-🇮🇱 friendship 🙏

Being neutral, case running since 2020, before Bharat Biotech would have even commenced phase 1 trials of Covaxin. Primarily a dispute about environmental impact and equity ownership.

Nice at least courts have thought we'll think about environment ltr.
