@CampaignLegal described the private presentation as "attacks on access to the ballot box disguised as measures to fix something that’s not broken."

Merrill spoke at a "Stop the Steal" rally in Alabama and questioned the integrity of the presidential results in six states, including California

9. @JohnHMerrill also publicly supported Congressional efforts to reject the results of the Electoral College vote and overturn the election.

In the lead up to 1/6, Merrill advised @RepMoBrooks, who told a crowd in DC it was time to start "kicking ass"
