1968 and removed the silver redemption feature from the money in circulation, the people could no longer ‘pay debts’ at law, but instead were actors in commerce who had the ‘privilege’ or ‘franchise’ of limited liability]

~4- [and could only then ‘discharge the liability’ with Federal Reserve Notes (promises to pay which never get paid).
Why is this important and how does it affect us? Because by virtue of this ‘franchise privilege’, which is forced upon everyone through our use of]

~5- [the federal reserve notes and other actions, this puts us in law as a ‘merchant’ who is thus governed by the Law Merchant in everything we do.]

~6- [Congress can regulate commerce. It can’t regulate ‘real people’ living among the several states. Therefore, we have been tricked into a situation where we are no longer dealt with ‘real people’,]

~7- [but we have become a ‘legal person’ just like a corporation and everything we do is considered ‘commerce’.]

~8- [Thus everything we do is subject to the U.S.
Inc. corporate bylaws (legislative code), which normally would only apply to officials and corporations in Washington, D.C. and the territories (by law).]

~9- [The net result for you is that The Law Merchant now replaces the common law where substance and
God given rights are recognized.]

~10- [In other words, you no longer are recognized as having God given rights and are not subject to the common law, where things make sense, rely upon substance and where there is no crime without a damaged party.]

~12- [all sorts of obligations through compelled performance statutes, forcing you to do things, to pay for things, to submit to things that you have absolutely no interest in ‘compelled performance statutes’.]

~13- [This is why, in the organic republic form of government, Man is the creator and master of the government. And this is also why, now under the Law Merchant, the ‘created’ is now lord over its ‘creator’ and government lords itself over man.]
