It took not just centuries but millennia for wise minds, courageous thinkers & civilized nations to produce the legal heritage that we inherited & lifted to its summit. Yet extremists are working feverishly to rubbish in but a few years what societies refined over thousands. 2/4
Our rights, laws and liberties are only words on a page without leaders, citizens and a culture devoted to their maintenance. This transcends party & politics: do not sacrifice this heritage lightly. It is easy it lose, very hard to regain. 3/4
Those removing the blindfold of justice to satisfy political hatreds will not be sated. They will continue until the system is destroyed. Americans of conscience—liberal and conservative—must speak out against the far-left crusade to weaponize the law for political punishment.4/4
