Got team members from Pakistan, Nigeria, Indonesia, India, Japan, Europe, West Africa, and amurrica ofc

Somehow managed to make this group of lads work together in sync despite being spread across the world and most of the team not being native English speakers

I think it’s cuz of the passion they all share for the project

The two members I had to cut early were amuricans... go figure

My wife was saying only people with a do or die mentality can keep up with how demanding I am which is why the team looks like this, this is true but I only demand from others what I set forth as an example and everyone on this team understands that

I’m just not much of a talk about it kind of guy, I prefer ppl who just get shit done, especially if I don’t even need to ask and they read my mind and realize I need it and would 19/20 times say yes so they just get it fucken done period.

and luckily I found this exact person, he is a fresh college graduate from Indonesia and he just reads my mind and does shit that I need without asking and it's fucken beautiful

so now I just let him handle everything I don't want to, like talking shit with people
