Start your workday with as short a to-do list as possible. Hardly anyone does this, but they should.

Start by asking yourself this question:
“What *must* I complete before ending my work for the day?”
The smaller the list, the bigger the dent you’ll make each time you add a ✅.
Run out of tasks by lunch? Then you’re done!
Okay, not really. Dig into your broader list and add some more. Sorry.
I’m convinced this one practice is the key to ending your day with the greatest possible sense of accomplishment and overall satisfaction.
And even if it isn’t a silver bullet, I guarantee you’ll experience far less overwhelm than working from a bloated task list you’ll never complete in one day.
You can do this. Go make it happen!
